Any linens, blankets or towels that have not been laundered, please leave in bathroom.

ALL RENTALS MUST TAKE PLACE WITHIN THE SAME MONTH UNLESS ITS OVER 45 NIGHTS
At check in or first business day after check in, you must Register at Main Office. There is a $100 charge per couple over 18, no charge for minors.
Please be respectful of other tenants in building with no loud noises after 10PM.

Very clean! And the owner was very responsive and left a gift basket for me! The condo had all the required items to live in a beautiful resort; fully equipped.

The condo and facilities were wonderful. The property owner was very responsive. As a single woman moving from Kansas to Florida, I felt so safe with the security and the gate. There was great fishing along the sea wall and dock. It is close to restaurants, stores and biking trail. Great walking path within the property (1.5 miles). About 15 minutes from Clearwater beach. Would definitely recommend.
Fishing off the dock on the northern part of the property.

Why they chose this property

Our property is centrally located on the tip of Old Tampa Bay. We have sports complexes minutes down the road among other attractions. We kayak and fish from the beautiful scenic property of Grand Venezia. Our condo is located just steps away from the breathtaking views of Old Tampa Bay, the swimming pool, spa, gym, the clubhouse, tennis courts and playground.
