This was one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed at! It was also so spacious, very comfortable, and very peaceful. Walkable to everything in Saugatuck and maybe a 10 minute drive to the dunes. Would highly recommend this place!

Summer get away

Everything was as advertised. Easy check in, clean and ready for guest arrival, pool is close and clean, kitchen and other amenities available and everything working, and easily walkable to restaurants and shops. We had a relaxing time.

Amazing Bayview did not disappoint

Perfect location walking distance to downtown Saugatuck. Anything you need is available. The condo is comfortable and accommodated our family of 5 adults and 2 children. The pool is well maintained with seating, lounge chairs and pool toys. Will definitely visit again!

Ladies getaway

We came for the tulips but what surprised us was the towns of Saugatuk and Holland! Such quaint charming towns to shop and eat and that were beautiful settings on the water and tulips all around! The condo was perfect for the 3 of us, although it would have been nice to have more options on the tv - really only had 3 channels to watch and on an evening after walking around all day it would have been nice to relax and have a good movie to watch or more programs! But the area was very quiet with a nice view of the water.

Friends weekend

The location was perfect - walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Since the weather was beautiful we really enjoyed the outdoor patio and the swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Checkin and communication with the managing real estate company was excellent. Our only disappointment was that the third floor had no air conditioning and therefore was unusable. One person ended up sleeping on the couch and two had to share the queen bed in the master.

Saugatuck

Nice location. Close to downtown, easy walk. Lots of room. Patio was nice. Two of the chairs were broken so we had to sit in the grass. No cable. Clean property, a bit outdated. Sheets and towels were clean but not very soft. We were told by the property manager that beach towels were available but they were not. When we inquired, they told us to go to dollar general to purchase. Did not provide bath soap or other amenities you expect of a rental property. The beds were not very uncomfortable, especially in the loft. No AC but the fans helped. Slept on couch because beds so uncomfortable. Overall, a nice place to stay, but just some suggestions to consider. We wouid stay again.

We try to be as transparent as possible in our rental agreement in regards to what is and is not provided at each property. There is central AC throughout the condo. Our team is available around the clock and we would have loved the opportunity to know of your dissatisfaction during your visit so we could have helped.
