Enjoy this amazing city by staying right downtown in this beautiful, pet friendly condo! You will love the fresh, clean feel of this newer condo with a full kitchen. Walk out the door and you`re in downtown Saugatuck. It`s close to the waterfront park and the Saugatuck Center for the Arts. You can walk anywhere downtown in less than 5 minutes.

Walk out the door and you`re in downtown Saugatuck. It`s close to the waterfront park and the Saugatuck Center for the Arts. You can walk anywhere downtown in less than 5 minutes. Only minutes away, there are many restaurants, abundant public parking next to the condo, a spot designated for parking in front, along with an elevator to make it even more accessible.

Enjoy coffee in the morning on the 3rd story deck, overlooking the Art Center and with a side view of the water. It also has a small, shaded deck on the main floor, with a table and 2 chairs, a perfect spot for breakfast. The upper deck is great for laying out in the sun (it faces east for the morning, rising sun), or relaxing at night.

The coffee maker is a Keurig that has a single cup option and a full pot option. We stock ground coffee for our guests but feel free to bring your own and you will need to bring your own K-cups.

The interior accommodations are brand new as well. For the sleeping arrangements, it has 3 bedrooms with queen size mattresses, closet and drawer space, and air conditioning in each room! There is also a pull out couch with a queen mattress in the main floor.

You can also enjoy using the original Nintendo. The tv is a smart tv so you can login to all your apps such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. Additionally, we have yard games for use at the beach or parks close by and board games.

Include in your stay:
- Coffee, filters, cups, glasses, bowls, plates, saucers, wine glasses, coffee cups
- Pots and pans and baking dishes
- Silverware and cooking utensils along with steak knives
- Bath towels, hand towels
- Iron, Ironing board, hair dryer
- Sheets, pillows and blankets
- Paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher

When booking with us, you get a list of recommended restaurants, bars and entertainment.

We can potentially accommodate more guests/larger parties with other condo bookings in combination with our friends properties also on Airbnb and would book through Airbnb. Please inquire if you have a larger group than 8 or want additional bedrooms or privacy. These condos are right next door to each other.

Note: There is no security deposit, but guests are responsible for all damage on the property and will be charged accordingly if there is damage.

It`s an amazing, diverse, waterfront, artistic community, with plenty of shopping, outdoor activities, art, dining experiences, and night life.

The condo is right downtown so just about everything is a short walk away. The beaches (Oval Beach and Saugatuck State Park) are a quick drive away as well as a few other attractions such as the dune rides, the city of Douglas, etc.
