Nestled right in the center of the famous 14k Collegiate Peaks with over 250 feet of Chalk Creek River frontage and only 10minutes from the Mount Princeton Hot Springs, Saint Elmo Ghost Town, and Endless Trails along the Continental Divide. Fall asleep to the sound of the river, fish for trout, soak in the wood burning hot tub or just enjoy the mountain views off the deck on this one-of-a-kind property. *Wood Fired Hot Tub is Seasonal.
The space is open split level cabin. Very spacious upstairs bedroom loft w/ lounge. Downstairs is the Cozy Master bedroom and bathroom. Mid level is the kitchen & living room. Although bedrooms are not enclosed they feel very private.
