The open-plan ground floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area, leading to a patio—perfect for morning coffee. Accommodations include a king bed in the master, twin beds in the second bedroom, a queen in the third, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. An attached garage houses laundry facilities for your convenience.

The Space:
There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out in this spacious three-bedroom townhome. Beautifully renovated and decorated to put your mind and body at ease, the open-concept fully equipped kitchen allows for the enjoyment of a home cooked cuisine.
Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and high speed WiFi to lounge and relax after a day full of enjoying Florida’s best adventures. The bedrooms are located on the second floor (away from the common areas). Enjoy the communal resort-style pool at your convenience and take advantage of the summer weather year long on Florida’s Space Coast!

Dolphins Waterfront Bar & Grill at Cape Crossing is open and is is the largest tiki bar and restaurant on Florida’s Space Coast. With a Florida fresh theme with a Polynesian twist it is the perfect place to relax and get a bite to eat!

Kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon rentals and boat slips are available, at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina, for exploring the rivers, canals, or many of its tributaries for a relaxing afternoon paddle. Or, entertain friends and family while cruising at a gentle pace along the river’s edge. Plan a day at the beach or explore the other attractions in our Merritt Island community.

Getting Around:
Plenty of space for on site parking at unit plus a one-car garage. The beach, shops, restaurant, and bars are a short drive away. Right off the SR3 and SR528 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)
