Great suite in a great, central location.

The unit was clean, nicely finished, furnished and equipped. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Have dinner and/or drinks on the lanai! Parking is adequate. Access via a key code as very convenient. The location in Kihei was great. There is a nice gelato place across the street and it is close to the beach and several decent restaurants. There is a Foodland close by for grocery shopping and liquor if you are inclined to cook. Very happy with our stay in Maui.

Great location!

We have been to Maui 8 times and this condo by far is the best! The walking distance and location of this condo is perfect! There are so many places to eat right across the street and in walking distance. Another perk is the walk to the beach. It's right across the street from one of the nicest beach Kam 1. The condo is on the second floor. You have the option of using the stairs or using the elevator. The condo was fully useful. Had the beach chairs and ect... And let's not for get about the great view from our lani. There is also a rooftop bbq grilling area where you can see the sunset and ocean while you are grilling and making new friends. Carolyn was a very gracious homeowner to work with. We had a late flight out and she let us have a late check out. Thank you so much for the amazing stay!

Amazing place close to everything you need!

The place was perfect for us. Loved the lanai. You could see a small slice of the ocean from there. If we wanted a better view we headed to the rooftop patio where you could see it all! The grills on the rooftop were great to! The place was very close to a natural foods store and everything else we needed. There was a gelato place that, of course, we had to try ;). The beach was a block away and you could walk either north or south to reach other close by beaches.

Highly recommend this place!

Centrally located and convenient to shops, restaurants, market and entertainment. Cove Park Beach and Kalama Park is across the street. Condo is remodeled, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Located on South Kihei Road which is a 20 mph speed limit. Condo is across the street from ocean. Condo has unobstructed ocean views.
