About this property

InnSeason Resorts The Falls at Ogunquit features beautifully appointed one-bedroom suites in a charming Main seaside town. Guests can enjoy the year-round indoor heated pool, sauna, locker room, fitness center, children's playground and BBQ grills.

We are a private family host and own this as a timeshare. We can rent it per night (2 night minimum) or provide a 10% off discount if you rent the whole week.

Suites feature a separate spacious bedroom with queen size bed, whirlpool jacuzzi bath, 2nd TV and vanity; iiving room with a fireplace (electric), sleep sofa, cable TV with DVD player and convenience kitchen including a refrigerator, cooktop, coffee maker and microwave.

The resort is located on Ogunquit's famous trolley route, only minutes to the beach, restaurants, a summer playhouse, golf, boating and the quaint village center of Ogunquit.

Free beach shuttle during the summer months from the resort, even though it's only a short walk to the Footbridge Beach.

The resort offers daily in room trash pickup, daily towel exchange at NO EXTRA COST! You and your guests will love the atmosphere for a fraction of the price!

**Cancellation**
-Cancellation is free if cancelled prior to June 2, 2023.
-75% refund if cancelled between June 2, 2023 - June 8, 2023
-50% refund if cancelled between June 9, 2023 - June 15, 2023
-25% refund if canceled between June 16, 2023 - June 22, 2023
-No refunds if cancelled June 23, 2023 or later.
