This luxurious oceanfront condo is situated right on the bank of the Ogunquit River and offers direct access to the beach/ocean. It is just a two minute stroll across the bridge to the popular Ogunquit Beach and the Ogunquit Village (with its many shops, galleries and restaurants) is equally as close. With spectacular views, a convenient location, and a fresh modern touch, this condo will certainly be the perfect spot to enjoy your home away from home. One onsite parking spot is included.
The space
Soak in the views of Ogunquit Beach and the Atlantic Ocean just beyond from the expansive deck.
Guest access
Step out from your living area to the large deck where high tide brings the water's edge right up under you - can't get much closer than this!
Getting around
Everything you need to have a great time is within walking distance. With that being said, one parking spot is available to you, so feel free to use it!
If walking is a bore and you don't care to drive, check out the Ogunquit trolley system!
Other things to note
The unit shares a common mini-split for heating and cooling. The temperature setting is entirely within the guest's control, but only heat or A/C will be available according to season (ie, you will not be able to switch between heat and A/C).
