Your fall or winter getaway awaits!

Yellowfin cottage is just a brief walk to the beach & steps away from the trolley! This adorable, super clean 2 bedroom/ 1 bath cottage (sleeps 7) is located on a private cul-de-sac within walking distance to (.25 miles) Footbridge Beach and local restaurants, and 1 mile from Ogunquit’s center. You'll love the cottage's charming appeal, with its fresh & inviting ambiance. Every inch of this beautiful space has been thoughtfully furnished ensuring a truly memorable experience inside and out!

The bright and spacious living room has plenty of seating, perfect for any game night in with the family. The cottage is stocked with plenty of indoor board games, as well as toys for the little ones. Full kitchen equipped with all your essentials, dining table that sits 6, and daybed with trundle for extra beds.

Take advantage of all the outdoor space! Enjoy the outdoor patio equipped with a grill for your use, and fun yard games such as Cornhole & Big Jenga. The large front porch provides a great space to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. Additionally, there’s a wide open large green field for any yard game you can think of or bring bikes for the kids as they ride the safe, private circle and enjoy the swing set.

1st bedroom: Queen size bed
2nd bedroom: Twin over Full size bunk bed
Bonus beds: In the second part of the living room there is a daybed, with a pull out trundle bed that 2 other people can sleep in

Towels: 8 Bath towels and 5 beach towels will be provided (no washer/dryer so if you need more please plan ahead or Wishy Washy laundromat is less than half a mile away)

Parking notes: There is parking for 2 cars in the driveaway. If you plan on needing more than two cars please let us know before booking.

We had a lovely stay experiencing the fall in Maine last week - the unit has a lot of windows bringing the fall colors into the house. It is a brisk walk away from the town center and restaurants. We will be back.

Summer vacation

We really appreciated the cottage and the location which is walking distance from beach and Ogunquit village. Elise is a great host, very responsive and helpful. The cottage is really well equipped, you have everything you need for the beach.

August 2024 Trip

We really enjoyed our trip to Ogunquit in August. The town has so much charm. Restaurants and shops were great. Food was outstanding! The Marginal Way was amazing. As expected, during the summer months, the area is very crowded, traffic is thick, and parking is a challenge. But we had expected this and were prepared for it. This was our first trip to the area and first trip to Maine. The cottage was comfortable and quiet in a peaceful neighborhood. We had everything we needed for a relaxing week with a family of three. The cottage was well equipped for our needs. It was nice to find extra paper products, plastic bags, cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, trash bags, and toiletry products, especially since we were flying in from out of state. We weren't sure what to expect for beach supplies, so before arriving, we rented an extra beach chair and a cooler with wheels. The cottage was equipped with 3-4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, sand spike, beach wagon, and small beach cooler. Turns out, we did not need to rent those items. The walk to the beach is manageable but a little longer than what we would prefer. Luckily, parking was only $6 per hour, well worth it for us. Our hosts were responsive, attentive, and accommodating. Thank you Elise!

Lovely little cottage

We so enjoyed staying in this bright and airy cottage. Very close walk to footbridge beach, great restaurants and downtown. The hosts were great with their communication, property clean, would stay again!

Sweet Ogunquit cottage

This bright, airy, clean, well-appointed cottage was perfectly situated for exploring Ogunquit and accessing the beach. It was also a spacious and comfy place to spend during our down time. The owner was in touch throughout our time there to make sure our stay was a good one. Highly recommend!

Cute and quaint cottage!

We absolutely loved our stay at Yellowfin Cottage! The cottage is clean, bright, and well appointed. We enjoyed the outdoor space and front porch. It is very conveniently located a little less than a mile from downtown Ogunquit. There is a trolley stop right near the cottage. Our family loved exploring at Footbridge Beach and the main Ogunquit Beach. We had lots of fun strolling downtown Ogunquit and checking out the candy shops, ice cream shops and restaurants. Lots of smiles and special memories. Elise is a welcoming, kind and responsive host. Thank you, Yellowfin Cottage, for a lovely summer vacation in Ogunquit!

Perfect!

Three of us stayed here for a girls’ getaway. The owner responded quickly to questions before & after booking. The house was super clean and in a great little neighborhood that was only a few minutes drive to nice restaurants and the main town center. We loved it and would stay there again!

Extremely Clean, Great Location

This home is one of the cleanest vacation rentals I've ever stayed in and is located with easy access to the heart of Ogunquit and a short drive (or walk) to the beach. We were completely comfortable with our infant crawling around. There were toys and beach accessories available for use. The owner was very responsive and the entire stay was easy. We definitely plan to stay again!

Awesome Vacation!

We had a wonderful time! The cottage is SO incredibly cute, clean and well organized for the space. Everything we needed was supplied. We stayed over the 4th and the fireworks in Ogunquit were the best we had ever seen. Elise was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Yellowfin Cottage the perfect getaway

I stayed with my daughter, son-in-law and 8 month old granddaughter. The Yellowfin had everything we needed for our 4 night stay in Ogunquit. We walked to the beach and to Perkins Cove. Marginal Way is a great walking path and paved so good for a stroller too. There is a nice open field in the neighborhood with swings , shuffle board and other games available. If you want a clean well appointed home to stay in this is it!

Prefect!!

We are super active, love hitting up the beach, trying new restaurants & breweries, and spending our summers in Maine. We fell in love with Ogunquit and can't wait to share this beautiful space with you.

We completely revamped this cottage in April of 2022 with all brand new furniture and decor. The location is great with just a short walk to Footbridge beach (.25 miles) or take the trolly stop that is right outside of our place.

You can't beat the high ceilings, large windows and open concept living room in this cottage. It's great for family nights loaded with board games. Also there's plenty of outdoor space with a patio, yard, front porch and large common green area.

On a private street with a large common area for kids, but also walking distance (or a 2 minute drive on the trolley) to the beach and the best restaurants Ogunquit has to offer.

We have stocked this cottage with board games and yard games such as cornhole and Big Jenga. We have also revamped this cottage to provide you with a cozy and updated nautical feel.
