Welcome to this clean & modern home located in the charming town of Templeton. The open floorplan flows effortlessly making the space perfect for entertaining. You will enjoy the conveniences of a fully stocked kitchen & 3 designated workspaces throughout the home. A spacious and inviting outdoor area offers multiple seating options to enjoy the firepit & BBQ area. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon laying in the hammock under the mulberry tree & soak in all this beautiful property has to offer.

Bedroom #1 has a full-sized bed, a designated work area and walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 has a queen-sized bed and closet. Guest bath is located between these 2 rooms. Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and 2 closets leading to the master bathroom which has a walk-in shower. Comfortable accommodations throughout for 6 guests.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the home, garage and backyard.

Hello! I manage multiple properties on the beautiful central coast. I will not be at the property personally unless if needed. I can be reached by phone, text or the message center 24/7.

Family-friendly neighborhood with open street parking. Uber and Lyft are available.

There are stairs up to this property. Not suitable to guests who have trouble navigating stairs. Pets are not allowed.

Exceeded expectations!

Mulberry Dreams was perfect for our 5 day wine tasting adventure in Paso Robles! The home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, very comfortable for our family (my husband and me with our 2 sons and their wives), lovely backyard with firepit, BBQ, hammock, and outdoor dining for 6! We will definitely stay here again - Cheers!!

Beautiful Home!

We were in town for a wedding and booked this at the last minute! It is a beautiful home with a great backyard including a hammock! The house was clean and we had everything we needed! I would highly recommend this property!

Very comfortable stay!

We were in town for our daughter's graduation from CalPoly and were traveling with my brother and his wife. The house was very comfortable, really nice layout, spacious, clean and equipped with everything you would need and a large, beautiful backyuard. The only thing I would recommend is to maybe clean the backyard furniture before new guests arrive. Other than that, it was a lovely stay and would rent again!

Beautiful backyard

Missing one if the tv remotes in the living room. We had an issue using the nest to cool the house when we arrived. I texted owner but did not receive a response. Dishwasher was not emptied. Table and chairs in backyard needed to be wiped down before we could use them.

Can’t say enough about this property. It’s in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood close to everything we needed. The home was very clean and had lots of little extras that many rentals don’t va e like a fully-loaded kitchen, spices, coffee, extra blankets, fire pit and much more. Would def stay here again.
