The home was roomy and comfortable, I highly recommend this property. It's only 5 minutes from downtown, where there are plenty of places to eat, get a drink or sightsee.

Check-in was incredibly easy, location was near restaurants and venue. I traveled with a group of friends and we were all very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The owners were incredibly helpful and reached to make sure we had everything we needed. Great experience!

St Pete’s

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was well maintained and very convenient to explore St Pete’s. Host was knowledgeable and responsive. All around a great get away.

Communication after the fact.

House was cute and clean, for the most part. I feel that there were things not communicated when booking. I had 4 teenage girls staying with me, one of which was my daughter, that were competing in a national dance competition. I paid the extra $80, or whatever it was, for insurance (up to $1500 damage) just to be safe. I was then notified that we had to fill out forms for the girls that weren’t related to me (I’ve stayed in different properties through VRBO and never had to specify if I am related to all staying with me) or give a $450 refundable deposit. I gave the additional deposit. This may not be a big deal to some, but to others it may. I will say, she was very accommodating when it came to check out. They didn’t have anyone coming in that day, so she let us stay throughout the day as long as I made sure the sheets and towels were washed, which I did.
