The Flats is a beautiful property located right on Front St in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The host was very helpful, the unit was very clean and looked new.

We have been coming to Traverse City every fall for the past 7 years. This has been the best spot we have stayed in yet. We could l walk to everything.The decor was super cute, The bedding was very comfortable. They had every amenity we needed. The building was very quiet. Loved the showers. The whole unit was incredibly clean. From check in to check out everything was smooth and easy.We were able to take those couple of days and exhale and relax. 10 out of 10!

Gorgeous spacious conveniently located downtown. Everything we needed was there. The beds were super comfortable with nice linens. Instructions were clear. The entry from the back to the elevator is a little cramped when you're carrying in luggage but I wouldn't not stay because of it. My friends and I were very comfortable and enjoyed the flat

Great Place and Location!

We had our baby early on vacation and needed a place to stay for a few weeks. The staff was amazing and this place was so great! It’s walking distance of so many great restaurants and the lake! We’d highly recommend!

Awesome location for July 4th

Perfect location to enjoy July 4th parades, Cherry festival, shopping, restaurants, and fireworks. The unit was beautiful and stocked with comfortable towels and bedding. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, and cleaning supplies, just right for the weekend.

This was perfect for our family of 4 and older parents. The unit had everything we needed to have some meals together instead of eating at restaurants for meal. The hosts were responsive, courteous, and friendly. The location was great for shopping, meals, and bars. The parking was so helpful. We will definitely book again for our next visit.

Great location!

We came to TC for a quick visit with our extended family and found the location perfect for everything we needed - Front street restaurants and stores, Clinch park beach and walking path and a short drive to see relatives. We enjoyed the updated flats and really appreciated the quick response time for our questions from Steve!

Lovely Flat and Perfect Location

So glad we booked at Flats at Front and Union. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, our flat was perfect in every way! Beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. We were able to walk everywhere and also had a very convenient parking spot. Now when we stay in Traverse City this is the only place we’ll be staying! Highly recommend.

Flats is where it's at!

What an amazing condo situated in a great location. Walking distance to all of the amazing restaurants, bars and shopping in downtown Traverse City! This condo did not disappoint.

Great stay! Perfect location!

Absolutely adorable and clean stay. Rooms were so cozy and dark for nighttime. Bathrooms were clean and fully stocked. The towels were so soft and luxurious and the comforters were dreamy. Lots of bedding and towels, never had a need for anything. There were even extra batteries for the remote when it died. Great location in the center of it all. Highly HIGHLY recommend.
