About Robyn

This house was built by my grandparents in the 1960's after moving up from the Grosse Pointe Farms area in southeastern MI. My parents acquired it in 2013. Since then we have remodeled the majority of the house, including brand new appliances, floors and much more.

Robyn purchased this house in 2013

Why Robyn chose Northwest

The rooms are spacious and comfortable for groups of families and friends. Outside, one can enjoy a large yard as well as a view of Lake Michigan and the sandy beach across the street. The location is within walking distance of downtown Suttons Bay, the grocery store and many other amenities.

Perfect For a Family Get-Together

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time at the Sutton's Bay Beach Road Cottage! Family members came in from three different states for a weekend of wine tasting and general family fun. The weather wasn't overly cooperative, but thanks to a spacious, clean rental house it didn't phase us at all. The kitchen was well supplied and allowed for us to make all our own meals in the house. The sitting area was comfortable with a view of the bay, and a large dining table made game night a breeze :) The bedrooms were all beautifully appointed. I just wish we could have used some of the outdoor spaces! They looked great from the window, haha :) A plus for brewery fans - Hop Lot is just a quick walk across the street!! Thank you Robyn for such a beautiful place to stay!!

Loved it!

  • 5 of 5

Had a great time! Loved the town, fantastic food and shopping. The house was very clean and comfortable, exceeded expectations. When the weather didn't cooperate, we enjoyed reading books and putting puzzles together in front of the fireplace. A very relaxing and all over pleasant stay. Thanks, and we'll be back!

Holiday Wedding Weekend

  • 4 of 5

Four couples stayed very comfortably for 4 nights in this Suttons Bay home adjacent to a public beach and minites from the shops and restaurants. The house has a great set up for 8 people with 2 eating areas and three sitting areas. This is a VERY clean rental with all the things you will need. There were even fresh flowers on the table when we arrived! My rating is actually Good 'plus' with the only drawback being no A/C (fans in every room of the house though).

Owner's Response: We recently installed central air conditioning to make the home more comfortable during those hot summer days. Thanks and look forward to your return.
