Welcome to “Hygge“, a modern 3-bedroom townhome located in the heart of Traverse City. With 1,400 sq. ft. of stylish living space, this family-friendly home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. You’ll be just minutes from local restaurants, beaches, wineries, and downtown shops — making it an ideal home base for families or groups visiting the area.
We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and `retired` towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.
Please note that there is ongoing construction in neighboring units within the complex. As a result, there may be some daytime noise during your stay. We appreciate your understanding!

If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.

Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 8 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.
Pets: Dogs are permitted in the house. Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet related fees. Pet fees is $125 up to 2 pets. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. Please do not let your dogs venture into the neighbor’s yards during their walks.
Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.
We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.
Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). This what a great place to stay in TC, close to downtown and centrally located for other sites like Torch Lake or Leland or Sleeping Bear Dunes. The house worked great for our family of 6, and was clean and well appointed with amenities that you hope for when you book one of these. Would book here again.

Condo was very nice, clean and spacious and stocked with everything you could possibly need which is very nice if you forget something. Nice quiet neighborhood and plenty of places within walking distance, but short drive to the beach and downtown. Would definitely book here again.
The property is exactly as the photos showed. Modern, clean, spacious. Perfect property for a couples vacation. Minor details added to the experience like the coffee bar, plenty of bathroom product, towels, etc. Check-in / check-out was super easy. We would stay here again.

Super cute and clean townhome with everything my group of 6 needed. Owners were very responsive. Great location close to Front street shopping and trail system for biking. Served as a good home base for day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Mackinac Island. Would love to visit the area again and wouldn’t hesitate to book this home for another stay.
