Just minutes from lovely North Tisbury, weekly Farmers Markets and Artisan Festivals. Grab the beach chairs and umbrella and head to the coveted Lambert's Cove Beach or Long Point Beach.

There are plenty of recreational activities nearby, from the road association baseball field, to the bike path at the end of the road (that connects with down island towns), tennis courts at the West Tisbury school, art galleries and so much more.

Beautiful, quiet & everything we needed

Kathie is an amazing host. They’ve thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The space was perfect for a mother daughter vacation with room for hosting. The outdoor spaces on their property are a really nice bonus. Plus we loved being mid island to reach up island and downtown VH and OB.

Mary Ann and I have owned and lived on this property for 30 years. This year we've decided to rent our guest house seasonally and have put a lot of love into the house you will be renting. We live in the front house so we are handy if you need anything.

Why they chose this property

We love this part of the island as it is centrally located making access to all points of the island easy. We are away from the hubbub of down island towns though only a 10-15 minute drive from them. Up-island towns are also a short drive away making the fishing village of Menemsha and the gorgeous cliffs of Aquinnah also easily accessible. If you like bike riding, the bike path is just at the end of our road and leads to Edgartown, Oak Buffs and Vineyard Haven.

What makes this property unique

Being in West Tisbury gives access to the gorgeous Lambert's Cove beach, perfect for families. For a more exciting ocean experience, Long Point on the south side of the island provides that!
