You can't miss this luxury condo- described by the locals as a Villa! Enjoy a perfect spot, penthouse level overlooking the mountain, lift, gondola and the Marriott's awesome pool and spa.

The magic of South Lake Tahoe is year-round. The area has something for everyone: the Marriott's private beach at the Lake, gambling, horse rides, skiing and nightlife. For golfers, you must hit the world renowned Edgewood Golf Course, rivaling Pebble Beach. This is just to name a few. The Marriott makes the South Lake Tahoe experience perfect with its dark redwood accents, wonderful amenities and luxury. You are right in Heavenly Village, a part of the action.

Check out the calendar! This privately owned unit has great availability with fewer black out dates.

Treat yourself to the on- site spa, health club, massage therapy, facials and body treatment, dry cleaning and laundry services. For some down time, with or without the kids, hop over to the movie theater. A special feature for your comfort and relaxation is The Owner's Club. This exclusive club has a full kitchen, library and pool table for your entertaining!

2 There is a one time maid service cleaning fee upon check out of $104
3 Payment in full is required when the Reservation Number is provided to you for your booking
4 Cancellation Policy ~ 100% round for cancellation more than 60 days before check in date
5 Linens and towels included with rental
6 Daily 'tidy up' maid service is available at an additional charge of $27 per day. It includes bed making, fresh towels, trash removal, restocking of bathroom toiletries. For extra care, you may request full maid service for $73 per day

This was an excellent place to stay. Very comfortable, very clean, located within steps of restaurants, and coffee shops in Heavenly Village. The host was very responsive through the VRBO app and clear on the instructions for checking into the resort. We will definitely look for this property the next time we stay in South Lake Tahoe!

Super convenient location

We had a great stay with the family here. Super close to the gondola with free car and ski valet. Rooms and comfortable and spacious. Kitchen has all the equipment but no perishables (you need to bring cooking oil, spices, etc). Would definitely stay again if we ski at heavenly.

Great stay in Tahoe!

The room was very nice in a beautiful location in South Lake. We had a balcony that overlooked the pool. Really easy check-in and check-out and valet was very fast retrieving the car. Would highly recommend this unit!
