Each home offers three bedrooms, which include a king-sized bed, 2 queen-sized beds, and an additional sleeping arrangement on the pull-out couch with linens provided.

Each home has 2 full bathrooms with walk-in showers one bathtub on the second floor and a half bathroom on the first floor, providing ample space for you and your guests.

Furthermore, you'll find inviting living rooms equipped with TVs, and both indoor and outdoor dining table

The kitchen in each hose is stocked with essentials for your culinary creations and electrical appliances.

A gentle reminder, absolutely no smoking inside the property, no pets or parties allowed. A minimum fee of $250 will be applied for any violations of the house rules.

Please be courteous of noise volumes after 9 p.m. to avoid disturbing the neighbors.

Please note, that our pool maintenance team will be on-site every Friday.

Guest access:

Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in, giving you the flexibility to enter anytime after your reservation begins. For security purposes, the full address and a unique door code will be provided on the morning of your check-in.

Additionally, you'll find two dedicated private parking spots right in front of each house, for a total of 4 parking slots along with complimentary free street parking for your convenience.

We're here to assist you during your stay, both through the platform and over the phone from 8 AM to 11 PM daily. While we're often not on-site, we can arrange a visit if needed.
