Overpriced property

House was lovely with a great view but everything was dated. landscaping was NOT cared for. Very dry overgrown grass with LOTS of stickers that caused issues with the dogs. Rattlesnakes on property. No shade or furniture by the pool. Pool access stairs were dangerous with metal spikes coming out of them causing multiple falls Expensive electric bill on top of high rental price
