The house was extremely clean. It was a good location to head over to Georgetown during the day or evening! There is not a lot of seating in the living room area so just a watch out! However, they had some great kids toys hidden away and my daughter loved that! also, there were not any screens in the windows so just a watch out if you like to open your windows at night!
Cabin was very nice & had everything we needed. Really like that it is located overlooking the river. We went whitewater rafting & zip lining. Cabin is located near to Idaho Springs where we spent some time shopping & ate at some great restaurants.

Liked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
The house was great and easy checkout. Gave a lower score due to not receiving checkin instructions until I had to ask for them after 8pm.
My husband had a construction project in the area - near Idaho Springs. The owner was very kind and responsive. My husband said it was the cleanest and quietest location. Water pressure fantastic for those who like "hot" showers. Parking was lit up during the night and could see vehicles from home. Neighbor was attentive and it felt nice to know there was an extra look out. Grilling from the deck and hearing the river was an extra perk! Beds were comfortable and home interior has been upgraded to feel like home!
We loved our stay the home was absolutely cozy and felt like home the place was so well designed and the porch over looking the river was the icing on the cake we totally love to visit and see alot of places while on vacation and this precious home gave us the best location to do so we were roughly only 45 minutes from awesome towns we have come to love like breckenridge where we go the gondola and icesckate at the top or fraser right past winter park where we were able to go snow tubing and i have been snow tubing before but never had a better experience than at the historic fraser hill plus got to go down town denver and see the capitol and do some sight seeing there and best of all in loveland ski/snowboard center which is like only 20 minutes form the home anyways im sure i have rambled enough this home was definitely a home we enjoyed for all those great reasons plus the home was also the best stocked vrbo we have stayed at yet had everything and more from cooking needs to great stock on toiletries and plenty of towels wash cloths out door fire pit for smores or just some cuddle time in the snow listening to the river flow absolutely a wonderful place to stay
The description of “cabin” is a complete lie. This property was a trailer in a trailer park that was wrapped in wood to make it look like a “cabin”. There is NO MENTION of this property being a trailer with NO AC or being in a TRAILER PARK! We drove 17.5 hours under the impression that we’d be arriving at a CABIN on the River, although it was on the River, we were lied to about the location. The grass was extremely long along the River so walking there wasn’t enjoyable. The owner needs to update description to be truthful about property, and those that stayed failed to state this fact. Most properties listed on vrbo that do not have central air, have that marked out in the amenities, this one did not and therefore we assumed it did have ac. We now know why there are only pictures of the inside because the outside of the property would keep people away. Falsely representing this property caused serious frustration upon arrival and during stay. False advertisement is defined as misleading information with means of enticing another to purchase, this was exactly that. Would not recommend.

Hello, how are you? It's a shame you only stayed 7 days after I offered you a refund if I could open the calendar and rent to someone else. It was a long time to be so bad. You lied about not bringing a pet, but you had a dog, which was very comfortable because we have a fence on the property. The description and even the arrival instructions say "Cabin (trailer)" and say when you enter the trailer parking lot... so you have to stop and read what you're renting and all the details so you don't "assume" and harm others. Airbnb is hard work and a lot of responsibility, so it's so easy for you to give it one star and be satisfied after not accepting the offer and staying... So your bad experience isn't that credible. It doesn't say AC anywhere, and that's because almost no place in the Colorado mountains has AC. Also, with all due respect, my property has all the amenities and more for the price I pay for it. I know it's not a luxury property, but I'm not charging as if it were. The other people who've stayed have been nice and grateful, and they've found a comfortable and fairly clean place because we're very respectful and responsible. You even asked to check in early, and we had everything ready for you at 2 p.m. because you were tired.
So, please be very careful when you make your next reservation, read everything in the description, and don't just decide to ruin someone's stay.
Better yet, I hope no poor landlord offers you their property so you can try to cause so much damage after serving you. I don't usually offend anyone, much less my guests. On the contrary, we were kind and attentive to you too. It's a shame you didn't appreciate it.
Thank you.
