Hello! My husband, Matthew, and I would love to host your stay in Del Mar, CA. We love the home as well as living there however we travel quite a bit for work and wanted to be able to share it with our friends and family as well as make new friends in the process.

Why they chose this property

We purchased the home in 2019 looking to downsize after our daughter graduated high school. Our dream was to live closer to the beach and hopefully find a home with a view of the water. The Sea Point community and the condo is perfect for that! In addition, the community has a great club house with pool/spa and games as well as a 5 acre dog-friendly park that also overlooks the ocean. We love that it is also within walking distance to N. Torrey Pines State Beach, hiking trails, Bird Rock Coffee, and great restaurants also with amazing views of the ocean.

What makes this property unique

Beside the location in Del Mar, the Sea Point community is an icon in San Diego and has been so since it was built in the 1970's. Its proximity to the ocean allows you to not only see the waves crashing on the beach but also hear them at night if the windows/doors are open while you breath the fresh ocean air. The area itself is quiet, far enough away from the rumbling ocean and tourists on the beach and backed by a cliff/hillside so as to block any traffic noise from the east.
