Six month minimum stay @ $3200 per month. Utilities and Wi-Fi included. 500 steps to the beautiful gulf beach and 200 steps to the firepit on the bay. Totally remodeled in an over 55 park with library and heated pool. Washer and dryer in house with adjacent parking and only two steps up to porch. Free Trolleys run the full length of Anna Maria Island through all three little towns. Fly into Sarasota (20 miles away) and live on the Island...no car necessary for groceries, drugstore, liquor store and great eating. Tis a REAL paradise!
