The property was beautiful and the townhouse was very spacious. It easily accommodated 4 people. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating. It was a very pleasant environment to stay in. The commute to Jazz Fest for the 3 days we stayed there was within 25 minutes. We would definitely come back.

The host was very responsive throughout the booking and pre-check in process. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to for our stay. We loved the outdoor amenities. Location was serene and peaceful but still an easy drive to everything in Newport.

The house was super comfortable with every one of our needs met including coffee with half and half, snacks, an iron and ironing board, hair dryers and comfortable beds. The half bath downstairs was very helpful in getting 4 of us showered and ready for a welcome dinner and a wedding the next day. The owners were there to greet us and show us around and provide the iron and anything else we desired. Their restaurant recommendation were spot on and extremely helpful!The ambience was serene with horses and a pond out back, only the sounds of birds and cicadas and flowers surrounding the comfortably-furnished patio.I highly recommend this property for your stay in the Newport area!
