The Bamboo Hotel has a "Zen" atmosphere that you will enjoy and be able to relax in the middle of Waikiki. You will be able to use the beautiful pool area which has Hawaiian foliage and a waterfall to remind you that you are in the tropics. You are only 1½ blocks to famous Waikiki Beach. You can walk to the beach, the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, and all of the attractions in Waikiki from here.
The bus stop is across the street where you can get transportation to most any place that you wish to see on the island. There is a tour desk in the lobby where you can get directions and information about tours and other attractions you might want to visit. You can also eat at the Cafe in the pool area. They have great food & drinks. Don't miss this treat.
The condo has two Queen beds, kitchenette with a cook top, fridge, coffee pot and toaster. You will be able to have TV and free Wi-Fi in your room. You have a full bath with a tub and shower combination. There is a closet & a dresser for your clothes.
The condo has been recently renovated & furnished. All the dishes & utensils are furnished. All the towels & linens are furnished. The lanai has a mountain view.

The location is great and the pool area is nice and private with lots of trees and plants. The room has nice updates to the kitchen area. The bath/shower could benefit from updating, but it was in good operating condition. The wifi seemed slow or glitchy at times but was overall adequate. The checkin instructions should have explicitly mentioned to get the key cards at the lobby front desk. Overall a good value!
Nice clean rool with a nice little kitchen. Located 2 blocks from the beach which was excellent. The landlord was very responsive, hats off to a well run rental.Best part is sam's bar at the pool, Dave and the crew took such good care of us, the experience was epic.

It states “New” but it’s not. It’s in a great location to everything in Waikīkī. It’s an old Hotel so think Hotel room. Outside Lanai is too small to sit on comfortably, bathroom needs deep cleaning (mold present), can’t really sit at table with 4 chairs that are in room, pool is cold. Sammy’s Restaurant on the property is very good! Overall good but certain things need attention.
We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay.One note for future guests: if you’re renting a Jeep or larger vehicle, parking can be a bit tricky since the garage has very limited space for tall vehicles.Overall, a great stay in a fantastic spot!

The unit was okay but very dated. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and the bathroom looked like it wasn’t maintained in many years. It was in need of a new shower curtain, sink and a paint job. The walls looked dirty. The whole unit smelled very moldy. Also, the reiling on the balcony did not feel secure.
An ideal place and amazing host, we walked into the space and immediately realized that the hosts treated the space with utmost care, leaving everything in excellent condition. Grateful for the stay and wholeheartedly recommended. Very close to the beach and walking distance everything in Waikiki. The pool and mini bar was our favorite!

The location of this property was amazing! Only a few minutes walk to Waikīkī beach. Tons of dining options and shopping within easy walking distance. The swimming pool was small but lovely. The unit had everything we needed. It’s within a hotel so is set up just like a hotel room with a kitchenette. Though we didn’t end up cooking, it is equipped with a full fridge/freezer and everything one might need to make simple meals. Would definitely stay here again if ever we come back to Honolulu.
Love this room. Second time staying here. This property is centrally located. You can easily walk to everything. It’s a tropical paradise in the middle of the city. Love the pool area and shade from the palm trees. 1.5 blocks to the beach.

The check-in was great. The property itself is very old and outdated. The unit is renovated but there is only so much one can do if the building itself is really really old. The kitchen wasn’t very well equipped and was very small, had to do a lot of maneuvering to make it work. If the goal of the guests is to always eat out, then no problem. The location was great, 5 min walk from the Waikiki beach. The beach towels were provided. The linens didn’t feel fresh on the beds and the beds themselves were not comfortable. Was it horrible, no, seeing how expensive it is to stay in Honolulu. But I would probably not stay there again.

We really liked the location! A few comments I have are: We ran out of toilet paper as there was less than a half roll when we got here and 1 extra roll. I would recommend leaving a couple of extra rolls for guests. The ad said shampoo would be part of the amenities, so I did not bring but there was none here, so I had to go out to buy. I thought there would have been a few kitchen basics like salt, pepper, sugar, a scrubber for dishes, etc. there were none of these, so I again had to go buy. A useful kitchen appliance is a kettle, I would recommend adding one.The inside of the microwave was disgusting when we arrived, so we did not use.
This isn't a condo as described in the description or a fully upgraded place! The description is so misleading!. It's more like an old hotel with individual rooms. The description says two queen beds and they were more like two full size ones. It's also described as an updated room it's not. The pool area is very small and the water was cloudy. The carpet in the hallway was stained and dirty. The overall complex is old, outdated and unkept. Parking is a hassle with none on site. At check in, you are given a list of places of possible parking garages. We had to park a couple of blocks away and it still cost 43 per night. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money and rent a better place.
Location is great for bus, or three short blocks (5 min walk) to trolly or beach. 2 blocks to market for prepared meals or grocery items. Air purifier noise helps drown out city and neighboring kid noise. Decent fridge/freezer space. Remember to bring coffee filters (or pay $4.20). Sheets need an upgrade and some bleach is needed on bathroom floor (no fan in bathroom) The two queens were nice, but too tight to use the table. TV channels don’t match the programs. We couldn’t find local news despite it saying live tv. All lower channels say. No signal. This wasn’t a deal breaker for us. Front desk lady was not friendly (the slightly older one) others were. Pool area was a nice grotto look. No sun. Hot tub hot
Gut gelegene Unterkunft mit Balkon. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet. Es standen zusätzlich auch Beach Handtücher zur Verfügung. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt. Gefiltertes Wasser und Eiswürfel standen im Poolbereich zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war vorbildlich. Ein Late Check-In war für uns organisiert, da wir spät Abends (nach 22:00h) erst in der Unterkunft angekommen sind.
