The unit was furnished with everything we could possibly need for our trip.
Overall our stay was a pretty good one! The bed was a little uncomfortable, the mattress seemed quite worn and didn't offer much support. The shower/tub showed signs of its age, needing to be re-done. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, which made it stuffy after showers. The shower head needs to be replaced, we could not adjust the flow very well, which caused the water to sting when hitting the skin. The building seemed to be well maintained. The security staff were all very polite, especially Mark! Who was very helpful in pointing out a few details about the building: showing us the fire escapes, the sauna, cart and pool access and even dropping off a few point off interest brochures when we went to eat our first meal after arriving. Other than those few things the unit had a very homey feel to it, very comfortable and cozy. It was very centrally located, within walking distance of a lot of shops and stores. The view was spectacular! I would definitely recommend it to someone visiting Honolulu.

Great location and view!
This vacation rental is exactly as the pictures portray. The location is great. Surrounded by many stores. Right across from Waikiki beach. The view from the lanai was breathtaking and the lanai was a generous size. Plus you get a parking spot in a secure garage. The condo rental is a secure building with security 24/7. Everything is there for you to have a great beach day. Leave your beach towels at home. The only negatives were; not enough toilet paper was left for our stay for one week, there was no dish soap, there was only one bar of soap in the bathroom not in the shower, and the bathroom area does not have a lot of air circulation so it becomes very warm. Also the TV, DVD, cable box instructions could be more informative. Lani, The property manager was very responsive to our needs. If we ever return I hope this property is still available to rent. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! As this is a vacation rental as opposed to a hotel or bed & breakfast the tenant is expected to furnish their own supplies such as toilet paper & bath soap. We do leave enough for the first few days, to enable you to get to a market or the ABC Store to purchase said supplies for the duration of your stay. Please do rent from us again. Mahalo!

Yes the condo is dated. Some floor tiles are cracked and the carpet is stained (The owner should consider replacing it - just saying.). There is no ice maker in the frig. And the garbage disposal was broken. Those are the only negatives. The location of the building right across from Waikiki Beach, having Security in the building, 3 working elevators, the view, comfortable furnishings, fully furnished with more than adequate dishes/silverware/pots/beach towels/beach chairs, a nice sized lanai providing an awesome view of sunsets....

Thank you for your stay in my condo! Thanks also for the nice review, & I appreciate your suggestions. I have been looking at flooring options, & plan on making a decision in the near future. I apologize for the broken garbage disposal; it has since been replaced. The refrigerator is apartment size & did not come equipped with an ice maker. I will be looking into an after-market ice maker that will fit the freezer compartment. There are several plastic ice cube trays available in the kitchen cabinets. I always fill them for future tenants when I am there. I hope you return to my condo in the future.
Amazing view and location
Enjoyed our one month stay. Great view of ocean and the location was so close to the beach. It was a bit noisy with the construction at Pacific Beach Hotel across the road. Wifi worked well in the main room but poorly in the bedroom. Any issues we had Lani Paet got back to us very quickly.
The construction on the Pacific beach hotel has been going on for several months so hopefully it will be finished soon.
Three of us spent an enjoyable vacation in this condo. The location was perfect. It took us less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach we loved. The view from the lanai and bedroom was of the famous Waikiki beach. A supermarket was an easy 10 minute drive. The AC units were very effective in keeping both the living room and bedroom cool. Two of us slept comfortably on the king bed and the third on the sofa. There was also a blow up bed which we did not need. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed having our meals on the lanai. We had a very handy parking space for our rental car. The security guards were very watchful and helpful, and we felt safe and secure. We look forward to coming again.

Managed by Hawaii Noa Properties. Cleaning fee of $150.00 per booking in addition to HI taxes of 14.962%. Additional $50 cleaning fee will be charged for sand clean-up in the unit—there are faucets for rinsing off sand on the beach as well as outside the building. High season is Jan, Feb, Mar, Jun, Jul, Aug, Nov, Dec. The nightly rate for those months under 30 nights is $175. Low season is Apr, May, Sep, Oct. Nightly rate for those months under 30 nights is $160. Minimum rental period per Foster Tower rules is 30 nights. Discount available for rentals over 30 nights.
