Welcome to “The Harbor,” a beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome perfectly located near downtown Traverse City. This modern retreat offers comfort, convenience, and contemporary style — just minutes from top wineries, craft breweries, local restaurants, and shopping.
We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and `retired` towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.
Please note that there is ongoing construction in neighboring units within the complex. As a result, there may be some daytime noise during your stay. We appreciate your understanding!
☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ All 3 bedrooms are located on the third floor:
- Master Bedroom: King bed, flat-screen TV, ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and walk-in shower, plus Pack & Play, toys, and games for families. - Bedroom 2: Queen bed with closet and nightstand with lamps. - Bedroom 3: Queen bed with closet and nightstand with lamps.
There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing a total of eight people plus an infant — a rare commodity in the center of Traverse City!
☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The townhome includes 2 and half bathrooms, so everyone has space to get ready. The primary ensuite offers dual vanities and a large walk-in shower. The guest bath includes a shower/tub combo, and there’s a half bath conveniently located on the main floor. All bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and quality essentials.
☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆ The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a blender, toaster, and a coffee/tea station with complimentary supplies. Families will appreciate the children’s bowls, cups, utensils, and high chair. The kitchen island provides seating for two and doubles as a perfect prep or cocktail station, while the dining table comfortably seats six.
☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆ Relax in the inviting living area featuring a plush sofa, gas fireplace, and Smart TV with streaming apps (log in with your account). Enjoy board games, children’s books, and toys, or step onto the private patio through the sliding doors to sip your morning coffee or evening drink in the fresh air.
☆☆ PARKING ☆☆ There is one designated outdoor parking spot labeled “962 Harbor`.
If you have more than one vehicle, street parking may be available on Walnut St.—be sure to follow all posted signage and avoid areas marked with “No Parking.” Please note that overnight street parking is restricted by city ordinance during certain months.
You may also consider using the Hardy Parking Structure Garage (303 E State St, Traverse City) or Old Town Parking Structure (125 E Eighth St, Traverse City)
☆☆Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered☆☆ We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.
If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.
Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess.

- Check-in/out: Early check-ins and late check-outs are available by request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.
- Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.
- Payment & Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund and a free cancellation, a credit card processing fee will be deducted. Full payment is taken upon booking.

*Please note that violation of any of these rules is considered a breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The owner reserves the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties.
Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.
Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.
Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 8 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.
Pets: Dogs are permitted in the house. Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet related fees. The pet fee is $125 up to 2 pets. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. Please do not let your dogs venture into the neighbor’s yards during their walks.
Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.
We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.
Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all law suits/lawyer fees. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged your security deposit and/or legal action taken. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call the host.
ATTENTION: Missing garage door opener will result in a $200 replacement fee.
Pets: We have the following rules for our guests with pets or Assistance Animals. This ensures that both your stay, and that of our guests after you, will be enjoyable and relaxing. Our pet fee is $125 for up to two dogs. Maximum occupancy is set at 2 dogs under 50 pounds each. If you have any questions, please ask us! The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or pets or a service animal.
•Your animal should not be left unattended at any time. Should that become necessary, you must have and use a crate for your animal at all times while you are gone and provide them with sufficient food and water. Please use the labeled pet towels/sofa/bed covers/sheets for your pets cleaning needs and separate them from the towels/sheets provided for guest use.
•You are responsible at all times for your animal`s behavior. While we reasonably expect that your pets or specialty animal are well-trained, should any damage occur, you are responsible for the cost of any cleaning, repairs, or replacements.
•Your animal should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost.
•Your animal must be under the control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times.
•Your animal must be housebroken, non-aggressive, not destructive, and not display repeated, unprovoked barking.
•We can ask you to remove your animal and/or leave for excessive barking, aggressive or damaging behavior, or obvious lack of sanitation.
•Please walk your animal for bathroom needs. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed.

The four of us stayed 2/24/26 - 2/27/26 The host Dandan was very good with communicating and very helpful. Everything worked, I really enjoyed my stay. The home was beautiful and very clean and was stocked with things we needed like appliances. I would stay here again.

Beautiful spot! Super clean, well decorated and very cozy. Bedrooms were beautiful, and was great to have 3 bathrooms. Was nice that the house had little things for you dog- bowls, a bed, lint roller, that was a nice touch. Cute coffee shop within walking distance, and only about a mile from downtown front st. Communication was quick and easy as well.

Great, clean property with everything you would need! Neat, well decorated and everything labeled! Great weekend away for a basketball tournament. We stayed here instead of a hotel with the team and are so happy we made the choice. Everything was very close. Thank you for a great stay!

Family trip to TC
Our stay at the harbor townhouse was enjoyable. Communication with the host before and during our stay was great. The property was well kept and clean although the outdoor furniture on the balcony could use a hose/wipe down for the season. Parking was a designated spot in a small lot directly behind the building. The unit is the upper two floors of a 3 floor townhouse, the living space and garage on the first floor appear to be another short term rental. This is one thing the listing should be more clear about. The opening and closing of the garage door was loud in the unit and definitely gave us a scare when someone arrived the second night we were there (we had just assumed it was host/owner storage). The kitchen was fairly well equipped. There were also a number of basic kitchen and bath items (ziploc bags, plastic wrap, foil, toiletries, etc.) provided which was nice. The location was great for our family, there is large park within walking distance for younger kids and it was quick and easy to get downtown or to the local beaches.
