Janice and I both being rural country folks found this country property fall 2019. Located in the "Texas Hill Country" the most beautiful part of Texas in the spring. The hill top views and quiet seclusion made it a natural for us. Easy access via county pavement and proximity to Comfort and a biking route passes in front of property. The ranchette is located on 12 secluded acres surrounded by Spanish and Live Oaks, and migratory birds. The deer visit every morning, binoculars waiting your arrival!!
