WATERFRONT and a PRIVATE DOCK at this perfect house on the last canal leading to the premier bass fishing lake. Welcome to Dream Catcher Getaway. An optimum destination for anglers of all ages. Bring your family and create memories of a lifetime. BassMaster Magazine named Clearlake the best bass fishing lake in US (see pic.) where over 10-pounds bass are caught regularly. The kitchen is well stocked. Master suite has a sectional couch a 50” TV and king bed. Spacious 1700 SQF house. 1. Gorgeous Master bedroom suite to relax in after a day in teh sun. 2. Spacious second bedroom with enough room to add one or two High tech cots that we provide for extra sleeping arrangements. 3. Smaller third bedroom with a futon. Living Room with fireplace for cold rainy winter or spring evenings. Separate TV Room with a 72" TV Nice backyard with eating and lounging arrangements. Private dock, only .2 mile to the lake. Whole house and yard, not the garage. no Garage, no washer and dryer

House was great, host great. Water was not so good. Water was very green and stagnant, I know host can not control this but should inform renters when this is the case. Other than that it was great.
