Excelente ubicación y cerca de muchas tiendas y restaurantes locales. ¡Esta casa de playa ofrece vistas espectaculares de la playa y las hermosas aguas azules del Golfo de México! Amplia suite principal frente al Golfo de México y la playa, que ofrece acceso privado a la terraza de 35 pies. Amplia casa de 3 habitaciones en un edificio bien mantenido y popular que ofrece lavadora y secadora estándar, estacionamiento cubierto, parrilla eléctrica, piscina climatizada y mucho más. Disfrute cenando en el Salt Rock Grille o simplemente paseando por la playa. Hermosas playas de azúcar blanco durante todo el año.

Apartment perfect to enjoy the charms of the Gulf

Although parts of the apartment are dated, I know the owners are slowly updating things - they have remodelled the bathrooms which are gorgeous. Saying that, everything was extremely clean and comfortable. The apartment is a good size, stunning views, and well located for restaurants and bars within walking distance. We had no issues while we there and management company were really helpful when we needed a couple of questions answered. The apartment is located in a well maintained building. We’ll be booking this apartment again when next in Indian Shores.

Wonderful Sunsets

The Rose.

The Rose is a fabulous location. Full time residents and guests are all kind and friendly. This unit has beautifully remodeled bathrooms. My understanding is kitchen is to be remodeled soon. Carpet is slightly worn and needs cleaning.

Overall - Pretty Good

We stayed at the Rose last year in a different unit. The location is perfect, and the Rose is a clean secure building. Sharon and Taylor were great to deal with from the Seaside Shoppe. Communication and coordination were wonderful. The unit was well stocked and even had a slow cooker that we use to make pulled BBQ Chicken. My only complaints are, 1) the carpet needs a deep cleaning or needs to be swapped out for something else. It was a bit tired and worn. 2) For the price, I would expect there to be decent beach chairs. Instead, we went and bought our own and left them there for the next guests to use. Just raise the price $100 - $200 and buy some relatively good beach chairs for your guests to use. If you have to replenish the chairs twice a year you will have the funds to cover it. Last year the unit we stayed had sturdy beach chairs that were wonderful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was wonderful. Great view and the unit had everything we could possibly need. Our only disappointment was the lack of an outdoor grill and we talked to Seaside about this at the end of our stay and several owners at The Rose and understand it is not possible due to insurance purposes. This would be the only deterrent from staying there in the future. We have stayed down the road at a few different places where this was offered... and also talked to an owner who owns other property along the shore where this is offered. An absolute plus was the heated pool!!!!! If you get a grill, let us know as we plan to return to IRB in April 2022.

Gorgeous sunsets on the balcony

Wonderful place to stay. Condo was spacious, comfortable and very nice. It had everything we needed for our extended stay. The very large balcony had plenty of seating to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets over the gulf. The condo building was quiet and well maintained. Having the beach right out your door was awesome. This is an excellent place to stay.

Great Family Vacation with Children and Grandkids

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was ideal for my wife and I to have our children and grandchildren spend several days with them at Indian Shores. Even though, the three weeks were during the Easter season,the beach and pool areas were not crowded. Chairs and lounges were always available for our use. No towels were placed on lounges in the early morning reserving them for the entire day which is common practice at other properties.If you are looking for loud music and party " hoopla" you will not find it here. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

The condo feels large, has two updated bathrooms (through no bathtub, which may be important to know if you have a little one like we do) and the most spectacular views of the ocean! The condo is right across the street from a lovely coffee shop that is open from 7am - 4pm daily, and the Salt Rock Grill (highly recommend) is within easy walking distance. The condo came with beach toys, plenty of beach towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

My Month at The Rose

Love the location, restaurants near by and the beautiful beach!! However, the elevator was inoperable for one week, and being on the seventh floor was very much a challenge!!
