Charming A-frame Cabin, perfect for a romantic couple's getaway. We are 5 miles from all the Pigeon Forge attractions and 16 miles to Gatlinburg.

This cabin features a loft bedroom with a queen size bed, inviting hot tub, deck with grill (gas included), patio furniture, Arcade game system, and Smart TV with streaming services for relaxation.

Find an adorable kitchen nook with all the basic essentials. The kitchen is perfect for cooking a simple meal, but not beyond that. There is no oven, but we have a toaster oven and a 2 burner stove-top.

House Guidelines:

- All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)
- Quiet Time at 10pm
- NO PETS ALLOWED. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
- We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, Keurig coffee, bar soap, and dish soap. You may need to buy more.
- You will likely see and hear critters.
- Bears are active and dangerous. Be aware and do not leave any trash outside of the bear safe trash receptacle.
- There is a fireplace but it is out of service and just for decoration.
- We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.

- Use Hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! Do not use hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or pregnant.

- No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10 am on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50 for the first half hour and $100 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control.

- Condiments, zip locks, and toiletries (outside of shampoo and body wash) are not provided.

- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

Great

Great place, very clean and cozy. We highly suggest pulling into the opposite side of the drive, and driving straight out. Check in was super easy, no extra steps. The hot tub was the best part of the stay.

Amazing, scenic and comfortable stay

What a beautiful place! We booked this cabin for our private wedding ceremony and it did not disappoint! Any questions we had during our stay, the hosts were very quick to answer and were very kind! Could not have asked for more in a host. The cabin itself is just like the photos. Very well maintained and very comfortable for a short stay. I have seen reviews of other cabins where the hot tub doesn't work; it not only worked but is roof covered and view to the forest, which we loved. The only thing I personally struggled with was not having a closet to hang my clothing in. Also, the driveway looks more intimidating than it is. It really is easy to pull into and then out of, but at first glance it's definitely scary. Highly recommend!

Peaceful and cozy getaway

Fantastic location, outside the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas but easy to get to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smokey Mtns. Cabin was peaceful and quiet, overlooking a small lake, everything was in working order and tidy, appreciated the modern convivences of private parking, good internet, and a programable thermostat. Was the perfect place to start and end our daily adventures, absolutely loved it and would recommend to anyone considering.
