What makes this property unique
★PARKING★
One reserved parking spot is available in a covered carport adjacent to the front door. Extra guest parking is in the front by the pool (directly across from the unit), and room for two vehicles by the carport, which is "first come, first serve."
★BEARS & WILDLIFE OF THE SMOKIES★
Ensure never to leave trash outside the door as it will attract bears/wildlife that will destroy the garbage bags. Additionally, always close the car windows to avoid unpleasant surprises when going for a drive.
★DUST, CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Living in such a beautiful natural area has a few minor drawbacks. One of which is the dust that piles up quite quickly, no matter how often we clean. Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ NO SHOES INSIDE★
Please be so kind as to leave your shoes outside the home to keep traces of your epic adventures away from our stylish carpets.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.
★NO SMOKING INSIDE★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home!Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
★NO PARTIES/EVENTS★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
★SECURITY CAMERAS ON THE PROPERTY★
For security purposes, a Ring camera doorbell recording 24/7 is located on the home's exterior door. The camera faces outward, not looking into the home's interior spaces.
