Communication with our host Stephen was excellent. He made sure all of our questions and inquiries were addressed. He was easy to reach and got back to us immediately!!We came in December for a short winter getaway and the Finger Lakes did not disappoint. The house was perfect with comfortable beds and bedding, large bathrooms, and a huge kitchen for cooking. The kitchen was well stocked and had general spices and oils for cooking. We made breakfast everyday of our stay. Now for the view- incredible! We could have sat and looked at the lake views all day. It was cold during our stay so we were unable to enjoy the outside deck and dock, but hope to be back for that in warmer weather. Highly recommend a stay at this beautiful spot in Geneva.

The house was in a perfect location for the wineries and great restaurants. They could use some upgrades to their kitchen pots and pans and cooking trays for breakfast. View was just amazing!

I stayed at this residence with 6 friends on a wine tasting trip. The house was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The view from the dock was amazing! The property was located very close to Geneva, with several great restaurants nearby (kindred Fare was excellent). We would consider renting this property on a repeat trip to the area. thanks to the team for prompt communications!

House was very clean, comfortable, and much more spacious than it appears from outside. Everything worked great. Excellent location. Overall probably the best place we have stayed in the several years we have been coming to the area, and would certainly stay here again.

Awesome home on East Lake Road

We have never stayed on Seneca Lake and so glad we did . The owner , was great to work with . He responded within minutes and so nice ! We are definitely booking next year ! It’s a beautiful lake and we love the east side . Hot week and the center air was working great ! The home is immaculate and loved just walking out with a few steps down toThe water . The kitchen has everything that you want and the updated decor and colors are really nice ! Beds are comfy and lots of supplies! Best part is that we could have our little dog . You would never know that dogs were there . The photos are very deceiving from the outside ! Thank you Steve and see you next year !!

Ladies trip

We enjoyed our time here. The house was perfect for our 3 nights. Good amount of beds and living space. Beds were very comfortable. The interior of the house was pretty clean. Plenty of games. View was breathtaking. Dock needed a little tlc we still enjoyed it! We required more camp wood. There was some just down the road.

Our Stay

We had a great stay the view is amazing and beds were comfy and we enjoyed time in the back living room. I would say appeal the landscaping seemed to not be done that took away but not a big think. Also there was slight smell of pets but once we light the candles it wasn’t an issue after the first few hours. We really had a great time and Steve was very responsive which was amazing.

Great place!

We spent 5 days at the lake house and it was better than we expected! From the easy check in to the very clean and comfortable accommodations. We stayed to celebrate our son’s graduation from Hobart. We were able to accommodate our family and friends who also traveled from out of state. Everything was picture perfect and great memories were made.

Great experience!

Stayed at the lake house for a weekend with a large group and had a great experience. Plenty of space for our group of 7. Kitchen was adequate for cooking a big meal and beds were very comfortable. View is amazing. Host was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. Would gladly stay again!

Great Place and Great Hosts!

We stayed at this location for a getaway weekend with our 3 kids, 7, 10, and 12 and our 2 medium sized dogs. It was a great place with the dock, firepit, and being pet friendly. The host was very kind when we Spoke with him and he was very accomodating for our family and pets. I would highly recommended this place to anyone visiting Seneca Lake. sspoke in person and

Great location

At first, I was very disappointed, I had hoped to stay at the location and not have to travel. The shore was filled with weeds and dead fish had washed up. There was a major storm the week before. It was not good for small children, I had ages, 3, 4, 5, and nine. We ended up spending every day at Sampson State Park just down the road. It ended up being a blessing, the children loved it there. Seneca State Park is also very nice and this location is in the middle of the 2 state parks. Many great breweries are only a few miles away. The house is also located for the best sunsets every night. We used the firepit every night. The house was spotless and comfortable. The deck looks beautiful in the photo but is actually in need of replacement. If I ever rented again, I would bring some pots and pans, paper plates, extra toilet paper, washing machine detergent, and dishwasher detergent, we ran out quickly.
