Entire house located on Hartwell Lake just 10 mins from Portman Marina and 5 mins to party island. Large dock with sun deck and 20 feet depth off dock. Easy sloping gravel walk way to dock. Short drive to Clemson. Paddle boards are available. Double Springs boat ramp is one mile away.

Access to the lake is via a gravel path right across the street marked by a yellow arrow sign.
