About this property

Entire house located on Hartwell Lake just 10 mins from Portman Marina and 5 mins to party island. Large dock with sun deck and 20 feet depth off dock. Access to the lake is via an easy sloping gravel walk way across from the house. Short drive to Clemson. Paddle boards are available. Double Springs boat ramp is one mile away.

Access to the lake is via a gravel path right across the street marked by a yellow arrow sign.

Well furnished for quick trip.

We had all the amenities we needed for a quick get away. Wish the weather had been better so we could enjoy the lovely dock for fishing, swimming or paddle boarding in the quiet cove. There’s always next time!
