Resort 1 Bedroom/2 Bathroom at Peak 9 Base/Main St
This condo has it all - great location and all the amenities. Located in the Main Street Station complex and just a short walk to Peak 9 base area and downtown and all the restaurants, shops and bars that Breckenridge Main Street has to offer. Complex amenities include a heated outdoor pool with fantastic ski area views, 7 hot tubs, a fitness center and underground parking.
The space
• 1 bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a dual vanity, bathtub and a separate shower
• 2 full bathrooms *rare find*
• Dining table with seating for 4
• Cozy living area with gas fireplace and queen sofa sleeper
• Full kitchen with all the necessities to cook full meals
• Next to the building stairs and elevator for easy access
• Balcony with river views
Complex resort features for guests:
• Large outdoor area featuring a heated outdoor pool*, 4 outdoor hot tubs, gas grills and views of Maggie Pond and the ski area. *The main pool area will be closed for repairs and refurbishment starting May 11th, 2026. Lasting roughly six weeks. During this time, owners and guests are able to stop by the front desk to check out a key for use of the pool at our neighboring property, the Village at Breck.
• Fitness center for all of your workout needs, a steam room and 3 additional outdoor hot tubs.
• Complimentary ski and boot valet through Charter Sports, we also have a Charter Sports discount link for gear rentals!
• Movie theatre.
• Multiple shops and restaurants .
• Laundry facilities.
• If the condo isn't ready yet on the day of your arrival, you're welcome to park your car and/or drop off your luggage for storage at the front desk until it is ready.
• Please note that while we try our best to stay up to date on any planned closures, some amenities may be closed without notice for maintenance or repairs.
Parking:
• Heated underground parking for 1 car. There is only 1 on-site parking spot for this condo.
***PLEASE NOTE*** There is a parking fee that will need to be paid on-site in order to park in the building. The fees will be the following:
May 1st - October 31st: $15/night
November 1st - April 30th: $25/night
These fees are extra, to be paid on-site and not included in the price.
• Additional or oversized vehicles that are unable to fit in the garage must park at either the Ice Rink (located just down the street) or Airport Road overnight pay lot (20ft+ vehicles only). Visit BreckPark for more information.
• Garage entrance height: 7'2"
Main Street Station Location:
• Several restaurants are also located in Main Street Station as well as a ski shop, wine bar, and clothing stores. There is a public fire pit located next to Maggie pond that is a great place for relaxing.
• Main Street Station is located next to the Village which is situated at the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver Lift. *Ski in/out designation is based on Peak 9 being open and/or having adequate snow coverage. Peak 9 typically opens around Thanksgiving and closes in April. Dates are subject to change. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain lift and terrain statuses.
• The complex is located on Main Street, at the corner of Park Ave and Main. There are several restaurants, bars, shops and cafes within a few minutes walk. Across the street you'll find the Breckenridge Brewery serving lunch and dinner or Broken Compass Brewery featuring lots of locally made draft beers.
Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided.
• Hot tub towels are provided at the pool and in the fitness center.
