This fully equipped home is perfect for traveling nurses, relocations, extended stays, and temporary moves.

This space is designed to have all you need, including a gym room (with weights and yoga mats), separate office (with daybed), outdoor patio/garden, laundry room, and plush comfy bedrooms.

Home usage includes T.V with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime. Internet. Security system, Sonos speakers, and central heating.

The location is a 7 minute drive to Lake Merritt, a 10-15-minute walk to Fruitvale Bart station (to take you into San Francisco), and within walking distance to many great eateries and stores.

A wonderful time

I stayed at India's January/February with my family who had moved from overseas. It was perfect for us, more than enough space, but also as she says would be good for a single professional. She calls it a bungalow, I'd call it a small house. Good fridge and stove and well-stocked kitchen, great place to cook. Weather was miserable while we were there, used the central heating and portable heaters and stayed warm. Alarm system gave me peace of mind. I had a couple of emergencies that India and her on-site person Ian really went out of their way to help me out on. They were responsive and professional, very trustworthy. The neighborhood in Fruitvale isn't "pretty", but I loved it. Mostly immigrant families/working class (like mine). Most everything we needed was available in the area. Really good memories of our first place in California, even though it rained almost every day. Thanks again to Ian for stopping by and helping us out.
