The master bedroom suite offers a private haven with a walk-in closet, and a spacious bathroom. The Golf Simulator and Movie Theatre room will be a hit for everyone. The property features a carefully designed layout and unique architectural details, creating a truly exceptional living experience.



Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive access to the entire house, including all six bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, the living room, and the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the private pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and BBQ grill in the outdoor space. The property also features a movie theatre and golf simulator, outdoor seating, and a patio or balcony for your relaxation.

Getting Around:

Getting around from our luxury home is easy. While a car is recommended to fully explore the area, you'll find convenient access to major highways for reaching San Diego and surrounding areas. For those relying on public transit, the closest bus stops are a short distance away, offering routes throughout El Cajon. Please note that direct routes to major transit hubs like the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) may require transfers. For airport travel, San Diego International Airport (SAN) is approximately a 30-45 minute drive, depending on traffic. Parking is readily available with ample space in the driveway. Uber and Lyft services are also readily available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is available for $150 per night. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring pets and specify the number. A pet fee of $100 per pet applies. This fee covers extra cleaning and maintenance to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. One of the bedrooms upstairs is a loft type bedroom with open surroundings. Thank you for your understanding.
