We stayed at this property for an early Thanksgiving celebration with our family. The grand children loved the pool and backyard activities. Our adult children loved the arcade & theater room - win, win for everyone! The home has a lot of stairs, for older guests that may stay there. There were also so many restrictions and rules with this property and the 9:00 pm noise curfew felt a bit overdone and keeps you from fully enjoying all that this home has to offer.

Every detail of this home was immaculate. When I used the steamer to steam my dress, I had to look at it and see where I can get it. There were truly no expenses spared on a beautifully designed, well thought out space. From the kitchen, to the game room, to the movie room and gym details. It was the perfect house to share with loved ones and we created the best fun memories with our kids, family and friends together.

Beautiful home and great place for large groups. Plenty room to spread out! Communication with property hosts was great and they are very helpful. Be prepared as use of outdoor area after 9:00 PM is strictly prohibited and is enforced.

5 star family vacation property

There were 23 of us 17 adults and 6 kids, ranging in age from 6 months to 80 years old. The property is beautiful. The pool was larger than it appears in the pictures. There was lots for everyone to do. Indoors, the shuffleboard table was very popular. We've stayed in fantastic places before, but this was the best family property we've stayed at. Two pack and plays, a high chair, and a baby bathtub were provided. We could have used a couple of baby gates though. One small issue was the room listed as a bedroom with two singles. There was no closet, no window and no ventilation in that room. If a vent was installed in the door, this room would be much more comfortable. Also, watch the last step on the stairs down to the second level. One daughter missed the step and face planted into the wall across from the stairs. She sported a shiner for the rest of our stay.

Wonderful house

Our family rented this house for a 10-day vacation. Its 8 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 11 (7 adults and 4 children under the age of 10). I've rented places in the past where the online photos were old or misleading. Not this house, it was better than it looked online. Very clean and even the dining room table had 11 place mats set for our meals. Lots of room and plenty of indoor & outdoor activities for all ages. We loved the pool and hot tub. It was a perfect way to end a sightseeing adventure in San Diego. I would definitely think about returning.

Oasis in El Cajon

The house was everything we’d imagined from the pictures and so much more!! The layout worked well for our group of 11 (2 adults and 9 high school students) and had plenty of open communal spaces in which to gather. Kitchen and baths were well-equipped and the pool and spa were easy to operate. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Annual Golf Trip

Group of 14 guys we were on our 13th annual golf outing and the house did not disappoint. This was our first time in California and we thoroughly enjoyed the house. Will rent from again if we return to San Diego.

Fun and Relaxing Getaway

Our family had a great stay at Gabe’s house in El Cajon. It was very clean and comfortable, welcoming and equipped with pretty much everything that we needed during our stay. The house worked out great for our 7 kids and teens. They were kept busy and happy using the heated pool and spa, arcade room, pool table and backyard. The 8 bedrooms were nice for the 15 of us that stayed there. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked great. The mornings were spent on the upper balcony, enjoying a quiet cup of coffee. Afternoons we mostly spent in the pool or relaxing and wrapped up each day with a nice meal and movie in the theatre. Check-in was easy and the house rules were clearly stated. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Beautiful Home Away From Home

I booked this house for a weekend birthday getaway. The house was beautiful and clean. My guests enjoyed all of the amenities. House rules are inside by 9pm, which initially we were dissappointed because we wanted to enjoy the outdoor amenities however the indoor amenities kept us busy and entertained. Beautiful home.away from home.

16 in family ots if room unlimiyed fun

Annual family vacation used all 8 bedrooms and every amenity except excercize room. Easy hiway access. 20 2o 30 min to evererywhere. We have stayed bigger houses fancier houses but no better stuff for thr adults and 7 grandkids

Annual Family Vacation

Let me just say this home is a mini resort! Our family (adult children and grandchildren) had the best time! There was something for everyone from the movie theatre to the amazing backyard. In addition, there was ample space for a large family that included three babies. My only recommendation is to make sure that you build in enough time to enjoy the home while visiting the San Diego area.

Great property

The pictures online are very, very accurate. The house and the outdoor areas are fantastic. We all loved our time there. My only complaint was a neighbor who obviously was not happy about a large group having fun. We respected the 9pm cutoff for ALL outdoor activities, but the neighbor was yelling at us through the fence at 8pm. This issue alone will keep us from returning to this property next year.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway for the Family

Four families booked this home together for Spring Break with the kids. The house ended up being perfect for our trip. We didn't have to hear "I'm bored" once. Gabe has done a wonderful job equipping the house with everything we needed for our trip. Other than some store runs for food, we were all set. Prior to the trip, some of us were slightly concerned that the house was a bit too far from downtown San Diego but we didn't have any issues getting to all of our planned excursions within ~20 minutes. Being just outside the city in a nice suburb actually worked out great and helped us relax that much more. Gabe was very responsive any time we reached out for anything. We would gladly rent this home again!

Amazing stay with incredible amenities

My group of 16 had a great time at this house. It was spacious with enough bedrooms and beds for everyone. The interior was clean and modern with tons of fun activities such as a pool table, shuffleboard, movie room, gym, sauna, and other arcade games. The exterior was beautiful, and we enjoyed hanging out in the pool and hot tub. My entire group agreed that this was the best house we’ve ever stayed in. Communication with Gabe was also smooth, and he was very clear about check-in and check-out instructions. He also was friendly, and helped us fix the hot tub remote one time promptly. We would love to stay here again. If you’re thinking of this house for a large group, don’t hesitate!

Best 50th birthday ever

This house was absolutely beautiful. Perfect for the amount of guests we had. Everything you could want and more was wrapped up in the home. Every amenities you could imagine were in this location. I was extremely happy with our pick of this house. I would like to purchase if they're selling. (206-387-7361)

Great Family Time

This house was the perfect place for our family of 15 holiday celebration. Our teenagers enjoyed all the gaming areas...indoor and out. The outdoor kitchen area was a great gathering place. We all enjoyed the spectacular theater. The kitchen and laundry facilities are great for a large gathering. The bedrooms are comfortable, beautifully furnished, and arranged for flexibility of group sleeping. We had an amazing time and would definitely like to come back to this property.
