Nestled in a quiet area along side a small creek and next to bullington gardens. This BRAND NEW house was built in 2023 and finished late October
Inside:
Master bedroom- king bed , full bathroom , and tv. Master closet has ironing board and iron. Pack n play, high chair, infant air me up chair , box fan.
Queen bedroom - queen bed, and tv.
Bunk room - 2 bunk beds. 1 twin over twin and 1 twin over full bunk bed.
Living room -1 couch and 1 love seat. Tv and electric fireplace stand.
3 full bathroom rooms. Two upstairs. One down stairs. Downstairs game room with table and board games. Ping pong table and foosball table. Sectional couch and tv.
Outside:
Upper deck- sectional outdoor furniture with table and rocking chairs, and fan/light in ceiling.
Lower patio -Adirondack chairs, rocking chairs , hot tub, grill, propane furnace.
Lower yard- screen in gazebo in lower yard near creek. Has a swing and table inside of it.

We live in Hendersonville NC and have to young boys. in our free time that we do have, we love to hike, mountain bike, go camping , visit the beach and just traveling in general when we get the chance to. We love to be outdoors.

Why they chose this property

My husband built this house. We Love this area and chose to build here because when you drive down the drive way and arrive to the house, its a very quiet serene location with house nestled in with trees around it and it feels like you are in the woods, especially with a little stream running down at the bottom of the property. however, the property is located very close to down town hendersonville and with in 5 min of well known grocery stores and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

We have several things that make this property unique. not only is this a newly built house, but we do have a hot tub, and outdoor propane fire place on the outside downstairs patio. we also have little creek/stream that lines the lower property with a screened gazebo down near it. there is a swing, and table inside it. we also have an outside sectional and two rocking chairs on the upper deck of the house. there is a ping pong table, foos ball table , and elliptical in the down stairs game/tv room area.
