Nestled in a quiet area along side a small creek and next to bullington gardens. This BRAND NEW house was built in 2023 and finished late October
Inside:
Master bedroom- king bed , full bathroom , and tv. Master closet has ironing board and iron. Pack n play, high chair, infant air me up chair , box fan.
Queen bedroom - queen bed, and tv.
Bunk room - 2 bunk beds. 1 twin over twin and 1 twin over full bunk bed.
Living room -1 couch and 1 love seat. Tv and electric fireplace stand.
3 full bathroom rooms. Two upstairs. One down stairs. Downstairs game room with table and board games. Ping pong table and foosball table. Sectional couch and tv.
Outside:
Upper deck- sectional outdoor furniture with table and rocking chairs, and fan/light in ceiling.
Lower patio -Adirondack chairs, rocking chairs , hot tub, grill, propane furnace.
Lower yard- screen in gazebo in lower yard near creek. Has a swing and table inside of it.

The property is tucked aways and secluded. Great for a family has outdoor and indoor activities. The treats were an extra special addition. The host even gave us somes suggestions we untilized and really enjoyed. Thank you Emily! I have to say the best was the cleanliness of the house!

EVERYTHING you need!

Emily’s property was beyond our expectations. We loved the house, hot tub and game room. Bedrooms were comfortable and we had plenty of space for our group of six. Can’t wait to return! FIVE STARS!

Great experience!

We stayed for one night to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. Had an awesome time. House was very clean and the amenities were great. Loved the hot tub and surprise gift from the host!

Great experience

The process was smooth and the host was easy to communicate with. The house was clean and welcoming, and was exactly as described. The area is very quiet and we had a great time. We will definitely hope to book this one again the next time we are in Hendersonville. Easy 5 stars!

Wonderful

We had the best time! The house was immaculate. The host was so friendly and responded very quickly! It had everything we needed, and we even had a surprise upon arrival! I would definitely 10/10 recommend this house to anyone spending the weekend in the area!

Hi There! I'm Emily, and my husbands name is Allen, Im and nurse and he is a general licensed building contractor. We live in Hendersonville NC and have to young boys. in our free time that we do have, we love to hike, mountain bike, go camping , visit the beach and just traveling in general when we get the chance to. We love to be outdoors.

My husband built this house. We Love this area and chose to build here because when you drive down the drive way and arrive to the house, its a very quiet serene location with house nestled in with trees around it and it feels like you are in the woods, especially with a little stream running down at the bottom of the property. however, the property is located very close to down town hendersonville and with in 5 min of well known grocery stores and restaurants.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We have several things that make this property unique. not only is this a newly built house, but we do have a hot tub, and outdoor propane fire place on the outside downstairs patio. we also have little creek/stream that lines the lower property with a screened gazebo down near it. there is a swing, and table inside it. we also have an outside sectional and two rocking chairs on the upper deck of the house. there is a ping pong table, foos ball table , and elliptical in the down stairs game/tv room area.
