This new studio is located just 2 minutes away from Floresta metro station and is an ideal spot for sports and cultural events, being a 15-minute walk to the stadium. The neighborhood is quiet, with convenient access to shops and restaurants. Floresta Park, with its restaurants and supermarket, is only a 12-minute walk away.

The studio is equipped with a kitchen, microwave, fridge, double bed, TV, and a hot shower.
