Idyllic country setting convenient to area attractions. Spacious rooms. Modern updates. Luxurious master bedroom with king bed. Huge updated kitchen dining room combo. Large furnished outdoor terrace, fire pit, outdoor grill and picnic table, large covered front porch, and quaint 1850's red barn. Quaint country setting with privacy. Kayak rentals available. Packages with private wine tours and/or horseback riding. 5 minutes to nearest town. Centrally located to Seneca and Keuka Lake Wine and Beer Trails, and restaurants. A/C, large Smart TV, and WiFi.

Relaxing nature retreat

Beautifully decorated farm house with hot tub was the perfect place to relax after visiting the area state parks. We highly recommend this home. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!!

Big, Comfy House Conveniently Located

The house was beautiful. It was large enough to easily accomodate 8 adults, 1 toddler and one small dog for 4 nights. We made use of the fire pit and the hot tub. We cooked dinner at home each night and there were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, utensils and everything else the kitchen needed to have. The house and grounds were clean and well kept and it could not have been more convenient to both Keuka Lake and Seneca Lake, so that we spent less time travelling and more time at the wineries! The check in was easy and so was the check out. We were sad to leave!

Very nice place to stay!

Love the farmhouse! Beautifully decorated and charming. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. Full kitchen. Quiet neighborhood but conveniently located to different towns and wineries. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Nice Country Stay

Our stay was very nice, in the middle of farm country. A nice respite from city life. The place was large and more than adequate for our stay. It is a little bit of a drive to get to restaurants and such but not horrible.

Finger Lakes Wedding Stay

We stayed at this property for our friend’s wedding weekend. We selected it due to the proximity to Climbing Bines and it worked out well! The property was much more spacious than we expected based on the photos. The bedrooms were large and the property was very clean. It was really hot, so having the a/c was a nice break from the heat. We enjoyed a fire overlooking the farm field, but it was too hot for the hot tub. Overall, a nice property and a great location!

Bachelorette Weekend

This charming farmhouse was the perfect backdrop to my daughter’s bachelorette weekend in the Finger Lakes. It was not only clean, but it also had so many charming touches! It adequately accommodated our group of seven and was centrally located to the wineries we visited as well. I would definitely consider booking this lovely home again for a family trip or another girls’ weekend!

Charm & The Best Night Sleep You’ll Have

Came here with friends, an infant, and a dog for a weekend in the Finger Lakes. The house has so much space, is charmingly decorated, and we all agreed the most comfortable beds we’ve ever experienced in a rental. Great location near multiple wineries. Owners had clear and prompt communication. Would absolutely rent again!

Great stay

We had a great stay. The place was staged so cute. Only downfall was we couldnt find the hot tub at first and the location of the hot tub was awkward. Maybe putting out bathrobes in the winter ?

Weekend Stay

Great location and property. Listing is accurate, and I would definitely recommend staying there! Just be warned, there is literally zero grace or leniency regarding the check out time. The host scheduled cleaning staff to start at the exact minute of check out. We were unaware of that, but nonetheless ended up being charged $100 for not only the extra 45 minutes at the house, but also for lost wages to the cleaning staff. Additionally the fee for having a pet was assessed for our entire stay, as opposed to daily. Lastly, there is a security camera overlooking the outdoor area, that I don't believe was disclosed.

So many rooms!

Roomy house with great porches and backyard to hangout watching sunsets, barbecuing, using the hot tub. Farmland all around. Close to Penn Yann and easy drives to wineries, restaurants and breweries. Lovely location and a great stay!

Nice Family Getaway

We had 8 adults and this house was a very comfortable size for our group. The kitchen and dining area are open so that you can prepare and meal and still spend time together. Other reviews stated the fridge was not working, this is not the case. When you place food in an empty fridge it takes time to regulate, it regulated just fine and leveled out just perfectly. Convenient to both Seneca and Keuka Lake, Penn Yan, Geneva, and Watkins Glen. Property owner communicated very well and is interested in knowing what happens on the property.

Beautiful house and perfect location.

The check in process was extremely easy. Upon entering the house, the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the home. The house was decorated more modern than I had anticipated and it blended well with the country style. The mattresses were SUPER comfortable so bravo! We were also located very close to the wineries so it was very convenient. The only downfall of the booking was the fact that I was requested to provide names, numbers, and addresses of my guests. I have stayed at many Rentals and have never had to do it. The only other pitfall was the fact that there was no door for the master bedroom downstairs. There was a curtain but since the kitchen was right next door we could hear everything. Overall, great experience. Thank you for having us!

Christmas with the family

The farmhouse was a great spot for our family reunion. There were 7 of us and the rooms were spacious, beds very comfortable and the house was spotless. Nice Central location with easy access to wineries, Penn Yann and great hiking. The Outlet Trail was wonderful and so close. The hot tub spa was a treat after hiking and was used a lot! The Christmas decorations were a nice touch and felt homey.

Great place to stay

Staying at this property reminded me of having a sleep over at my grandma's house when I was a kid - it just felt familiar and cozy right away. The house was spacious, clean, and provided everything we needed. A faulty furnace was fixed the same day we let the owners know about it. Every site we wished to visit was within 30 minutes but the drives were scenic anyway so it didn't seem to take long at all. Being close to Penn Yan is also a plus as we love to visit small towns and Penn Yan did not disappoint. Thank you for the great lodging!

Successful Girls weekend

This farmhouse is anything but old or outdated. The rooms were very clean and decorated in a calming style. You may think you have noticed everything in the room, however look again, you will find something new. The pictures and the description are exactly the way it is. This house has a unique style of industrial mixed with farmhouse mixed with garden. The beds and the 1000 count linens await us after a day of exploring the area. Plenty of towels are available in the bath rooms and the Spa. Speaking of the Spa, the space has great touches with the battery candles, music and seating. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate and the patios and outside area was not used. Numerous wineries are within a 15 minute drive as are places to eat and grocery stores. Thank you Patrick, Brenda, Martha and Susan for offering this place to rent in a beautiful location.

Enjoyable weekend

Great weekend get away with friends. House was clean and felt like home. Close to lots of activities but out in the country. Quiet and relaxing. The rope swing was fun!!!
