Recently renovated! Stylish, craftsman cottage. One queen bed. There is a large, private outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather which includes a picnic table, outdoor table & chairs, hot tub, and hammock. Smart TV, WiFi, books, and games. Bar-style seating at the butcher block counters, space to eat or work. Washer/Dryer access in shed. Excellent neighborhood! Steps from trendy restaurants, coffee shops, night life, and shopping. 10 minute drive to the beach!
Decorated by award winning designer with yellows, blues, and a French/bird theme. Very bright and surprisingly spacious for the size. Hardwood floor in front room. Tile flooring in bedroom and bathroom, and beautiful granite tile flooring in kitchen.
The one bedroom dons a queen bed with full size dresser and nightstand. The front room has a comfy lounge couch with smart TV, along with several books and some games.
Secluded front yard has a porch with a bench and a picnic table on a raised deck. Private, gated back area with hot tub and hammock to enjoy. You can park your car in the back driveway, entering from the alleyway.
Entire home and property is yours to enjoy.
If there is anything you need, don't hesitate to message, text or call. My co-host or I will respond in a timely manner to answer questions and fulfill any tasks/requests as needed. We want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible!
Hip, trendy, very walkable, LGBTQ friendly. Lots of fun eats and coffee shops.

There is a 6 person jacuzzi spa on the private outdoor patio. Please follow instructions for use to keep it clean and enjoyable for all guests.
This is a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors with small children and keep the noise levels down. No parties are permitted. Green cleaning products used while disinfecting in high contact areas.
No pets allowed. If you have a service animal, please contact host before booking.
No parties, no drugs, no illegal activity of any kind. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Noise sensors are installed to help prevent disturbances to the neighbors.
All people staying for any length of time at the property must be on the reservation.
