WELCOME TO MAGGIE VALLEY! This one-level cabin sits just above the Maggie Valley Country Club/Golf Course and is close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Smoky Mountains, Soco Falls, Cataloochee Ranch, and Lake Junaluska. We love the short-range mountains views off the front deck, the sounds of the rushing creek below, the glimpses of the area black bears, elk, fox, and groundhogs, the summer hummingbirds and fireflies, as well as the close proximity to area conveniences. We hope you create bountiful memories at our cabin.

The cabin has a comfortable open floor plan with vaulted ceilings with tons of natural light flooding in. Quiet and peaceful, yet close to all area amenities. Easy paved drive, large hard-packed gravel driveway.

These rules are in place to ensure you have a great stay while also adhering to the owner`s rules and to avoid disturbing our fellow neighbors. Please take the time to read these rules and share these with your guests.

+We are unable to accommodate early check in or late check out. Please plan your arrival and departure with this in mind. Late checkout without consent will be charged $25 fee per hour.

+ No parties or events of any kind in the property.

+No smoking is allowed. A $300 violation fee will be charged if evidence is found of smoking inside the unit.

+ If you are a smoker you may want to consider booking elsewhere as any strong smoke order will result in a fine for odor removal.

+ No extra guests not listed on the reservation.

+ No pets are allowed. A $300 violation fee will be charged if evidence is found of a pet inside the unit.

+ Please be sure all children under the age of 18 are accompanied on the porch and balcony at all times.

+ Hot Tub abuse that results in excessive cleaning or need for full drain will incur additional charges following checkout, this includes broken glass, fees start at $50.

+ For safety reasons, electric vehicle charging using household outlets is not permitted at the cabin. Unauthorized charging may result in a $50 per night fee. Nearby public charging stations are available in town.
