Mai Tide is a beautiful North Shore Hau'ula beach guest home with 30'+ of ocean frontage, spectacular sunrises & majestic mountain views. Dine on the lanai with turquoise ocean waters so close you can almost touch it. Our home overlooks the sea & mountains (a rare & gorgeous view). We are at the water's edge with a private lanai & seating where sea turtles can often be seen. 1 house from beach access, minutes from Pounders & Kokololio Beaches, white sand gems with fantastic body surfing.

This is truly a guest home away from home where you can have the vacation of a lifetime. It is designed with relaxation in mind. We offer 30 day + stays.

Our newly decorated guest home has 1 bedroom, 1 bed & 1 sofa bed along with 1 full bathroom, an efficiency kitchen, dining & living area.

Step onto your lanai for dining & relaxing, a beautiful sea breeze and ocean sounds heard from every room 24x7.

The bedroom area has a queen bed and a small desk overlooking the sea.

The kitchen/living area has a dining table and chairs, twin sofa bed, TV, closet and kitchenette featuring a fridge, microwave, 2 stove top oven burners and kitchen appliances/cooking items.

Guest access
Your vacation guest home has its own private entrance, kitchen, dining/living area, one bedroom, one bathroom, & oceanfront lanai.

Only one vehicle is allowed, and use of the home is for registered guests only. Please be respectful of our neighbors and do not allow other visitors to come to the home.

Other things to note
This property has a separate family house on the far corner of the property in a separate building (Sea Breeze) which is also available for rent. Please inquire if interested in renting together with the guest home.

We ask that you please respect the privacy and quiet (especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM) of our neighbors and guests. We love sharing our neighborhood with guests who respect our property, community, and family-friendly environment.

Two items that are strictly enforced are the one-vehicle limit, and the use of the home only to registered guests (please do not invite friends/family over who are not staying at the home without our prior consent).
