Elegant home with new furnishing throughout. Located 60 minutes from Orlando, 5 minutes from Melbourne Mall, 10 minutes to Melbourne Airport, and 30 minutes to beaches. Private fenced back yard with plenty of outdoor seating and a grill. Nice soft colors and a beach theme inside and throughout the home provide a quite peaceful place to disengage with plenty of things to do within close proximity.

Would stay again

We were here visiting our daughter and her family. The home is very clean and comfortable. We only wish there was laundry in the home. Good neighborhood, close to everything. No concerns at all. Very well stocked.

I am the owner of this beautiful home. I enjoy vacationing in Florida. I went to school at the University of Florida, and I like going down to South Florida when I am in town. My wife loves estate sales and there are lots in Florida. We also like going to the beaches in Melbourne and enjoy dining out when we get a chance.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is quite and the lot is quite big which is one of the reason I bought this as a 2nd home. So I like to keep it clean as it is not a rental investment for me and the furnishing is high end not something I bought at a 2nd hand store. I actually travel to Melbourne and enjoy the area and try to stay here when I am in town. I planted lots of on the front to give it a more private feel.

What makes this property unique

The layout and the open plan makes the home feel bigger then it is. It is very private with large trees surrounding back yard and a private fence enclosing the entire back yard. The sprinkler system is run several times a day as I have a underground well that provides plenty of water so as to keep everything green. I like trees and a green landscape that is well maintained so I try to get mowers to come by at least every two weeks.
