You will receive a link to an online guest book when it gets close to your arrival date. You will receive the link by email and text. The home has an electronic lock at the bottom level where the cars are parked. A code will be generated into your guest book just before your arrival day.
The Neighborhood:
Poipu Kai is a 70-acre resort community in Poipu. The community consists of seven condo developments with their own swimming pools, an 8-court Poipu Kai Tennis Club, a community pool and hot tub, and the beautiful Green Belt, garden paths connecting the areas of the resort. The resort is between the Hyatt and Shipwreck`s Beach to Brennecke`s and Poipu beaches. Restaurants to walk to are the Grand Hyatt Kauai, the Poipu Bay Golf Course, Kalapaki Joe`s, and Brennecke`s Restaurant.
Getting Around:
When visiting Kauai, we highly recommend renting a car to enhance your experience and give you the freedom to explore the island at your own pace. While there are other transportation options available, such as the Kauai Bus, it's important to note that the bus service may not run as frequently as you might expect.

Wonderful. The vacation rental had everything we needed. It was very homey, clean, and stocked with everything you need to have an amazing Hawaiian vacation!
We enjoyed staying at this property in Kaloa. The location was great, a short walk to Poipu on a beautiful path, and close enough to everything we needed. The only problem was the key pad door lock, it did not work all the time, and that was a bit of a nuisance.

Garden unit and we chose it because it was ground level and close to two others we rented for the larger group. Excellent unit, well appointed, nicely decorated, easy access, clear host directions. Thanks, also, for the complete beach closet!! It is most appreciated to have chairs, mats, cooler already available.
The Condo was perfect for the 2 of us. It was clean and very comfortable. It was well stocked for going to the beach and staying in and cooking. The grounds were beautiful.

The condo was perfect for our needs. Walking distance to Poipu Beach on beautiful concrete paths for all to enjoy. No air conditioner was fine as we left all windows open for the cross breeze in November. Will definitely stay here again.
If you want to get away from the crowds of Hawaii and enjoy the sun and laidback lifestyle of Kauai this is a perfect location. Well kept condo, easy access to hwy and beach.
Great location for the pool and beach. Kids had a grassy area to play right off deck. Table & chairs on deck so you can eat outside. Condo was well stocked with the essentials. Would recommend for a family stay.
Hi we loved it thank you! It was perfect for our stay with our son who had his own room and bath Loved the quiet and the immediate acces to the outdoor area. Really appreciated how beautifully equipped the kitchen was. Just two things. Blue cloth placemats need dry cleaning they were stained ( we didn’t use) but there were others so ok; and living room rug could use cleaning as well. Other than that all good..we’ll definitely come back. Best Don

The location of the property is perfect, as you're just a few steps from Poipu beach, coffee shops, a shopping center, Puka Dog, a bunch of restaurants (should you decided not to use the well-stocked kitchen) and a few other highly recommended beaches (Brennecke's Beach and Kiahuna Beach.). You can rent bikes on property too, (Pedego Bikes) and ride around the beautiful area (even to Spouting Horn) or rent a court and play tennis or pickle ball. There are so many activities, all within a 20-25 minute drive. If you're debating between Princeville and Poipu, and have an active family, hands down...Poipu! The bonus: You will be just minutes from Poipu beach, where you can see giant turtles breached on the beach at dusk.The only negative was the hot tub. One night the water did not heat up and the majority of the nights, the water jets/bubbles did not work. PS. The Costco sushi is the real deal if you're looking for a quick and easy dinner on your lenai!
