On the top floor, with Diamond Head and Palolo Valley views through floor-to-ceiling sound-proofing windows, this condo is quiet for sleeping. Free unlimited hi-speed "Fiber 100" optic internet, "Advantage Plus" cable television with movie channels and DVR, DVD, a/c, and other extras included for your comfort and enjoyment.

As your home away from home, the condo is furnished with beach chairs, towels, snorkel equipment, and boogie board. The kitchen-- with full-size refrigerator--has pots/pans, dishes, flatware, stove, convection oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, rice cooker, etc.

Perfect time

I stayed here for a month and I really enjoyed it. My room was quiet, with all mod con and nice view. It looks exactly as on the pictures and has everyhing what I was needed. The location of the windows give you a nice cross breeze, what I really liked on that lovely weather. This was my first visit the states, and I was amazed by the view. Mike, the owner is a really helpful man, and very easy to chat with. This place is very close ,maybe 3 minutes walk from the sandy Waikiki beach, very close also bus stops, shops and other tuorist attraction. We usually had pionoist playing at the evening time on the piano on the lobby. The view from the sunroof is amazing to the Diamand head and to the Pacific ocean. The building has a bar on the second floor what had live music, also a burger place on the ground floor. It also can provide car parking places and loundry facilities. I met only friendly people on my stay and I really enjoyed as it is walking distance from touristy but also from quiet places as well (park, zoo, hikes, beaches etc) So I can recommend this place for families, single people, and for everyone who wants to have a lovely time! :) Just perfect!

Perfect Cozy Studio Apt.

Mike does everything he can to make sure your stay in his condo goes smoothly. He provides instructions and information on the condo and also the neighborhood. The place is well-appointed, with everything you need, including beach chairs, mats, beach towels, umbrellas, etc. The condo was clean, excellent wifi, great kitchen. We had a wonderful time and really enjoy this side of Waikiki Beach. Everything you need within walking distance. Mike is a very nice person to do business with over VRBO.

Great stay in your studio

We had a great 6 week stay in your very nice and well equipped studio. Loved the location and convience to the quiter end of Waikiki. This studio is a nice size for longer stays. Mike was very easy to work with. You should defently consider this one for you waikiki stay.

Perfect for a couple, everything you need!

We have been here for the month of February, and it has been home. Stays cool and comfortable with the breezes through the opposing windows. Only needed to turn air conditioning on twice, and that was more to drown out the noise of partiers on the roof of the hotel next door. Lawn chairs and towels were handy and used daily. Lots of kitchen utensils, everything you need to cook some of your own meals.Unit is very quiet if all the windows are closed, and only one floor up to rooftop terrace. Mike very promot to respond to any queries or problems we had and when fluorescent in BR burned out he supplied lamps till it could be repaired, which was done quickly. All in all, would definately stay again-sad to leave...Only thing missing was a lanai, but rooftop terrace and proximity to beach and ocean compensate well for that!

If your going to do Waikiki, it might as well be in a quaint, clean condo with just the right amount of amenities to make your stay a great on! I would highly recommend staying at this place.
