2023 Florida Stay

There was everything we could possibly need in the condo and the area is really great. One possible improvement on the original accuracy of the property was a stretch which states "sleeps 6" could be improved. All and all it was a great stay.

Great Location

The condo is very nice. Kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, pots and pans, utensils. Also beach towels, chairs, games. Everything you might need. We enjoyed the screened-in balcony at the back of the beautifully decorated condo. Loved the location between Tarpon Springs and Dunedin. And close to Sunset Beach and Howard Beach. It is across the road from Innisbrook Golf Resort. Lots of restaurants close by. Any questions we had for the owners were answered quickly and informatively. Had a great stay. We definitely recommend this condo.

We've owned this now for 35+ years.

We currently live in Chicago, IL - but we travel to our condo multiple times a year.

We adore this place and we will never sell it - we plan on retiring here someday - it's our second home. We would snowbird here ourselves except that we are not retired quite yet.

Why they chose this property

Beautiful peaceful location - very relaxing - plenty of activities nearby. Multiple beaches are about 5-10 minutes away. This is why we love this location. Check out Tarpon Springs Sunset Beach (free parking) or Pinellas County's fabulous Fred Howard Park (5$/day or annual pass). We spend the majority of our time there. Pinellas County is a dream for golfers, fishermen and beach lovers. Downtown Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor, Ozona or Dunedin are beautiful places with lots of great restaurants and excellent shopping. And don't forget the Sponge Docks of Tarpon Springs only minutes away.
