Vantage Point vacation rentals

We have stayed in SanDestin a few times prior. To date, this has been our favorite property. It was quiet and relatively isolated but provided a golf cart and parking space so that we could travel wherever we wanted on the property. There was a small pool that had few people at which was perfect for our young family. The property itself was clean, neat and functional. We would stay here again and we almost never stay in the same place more than once.

Located on the west side of the Sandestin property. Bay front view. Loved the large patio area- a great spot for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails! Wi fi was good, golf cart ran great- I would highly recommend this place!

2nd Summer at Vantage Point. Beautiful location, nicely appointed. Very comfortable for 6 adults and 5 grandkids. From reservation to final check in directions the communication with the mangers was excellent. The two golf carts are a must….park your car and use the carts for beach and around Sandestin…..makes you feel like a local. Great time had by all.

My husband and our 18-month-old met up with my parents to stay at this house while visiting other family in the area. The house was clean and tidy and accommodated all of us. The kitchen is big and well-equipped. Our toddler slept like a rock in the attic room (no noise, no windows). Our host was easy to communicate with via text and was very helpful and quick to respond when we locked ourselves out one day! Note to other parents with young kiddos: you'll need to bring your own pack-n-play for sleeping, and we couldn't use our portable Inglesina Fast Table Chair because the dining table has a glass top. Our son is big enough that we sat him in our laps and fed him and it was no big deal, but parents of younger kids/wiggly kids will need to bring a booster seat or high chair. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Mr. Tito was a perfect host! He was able to accommodate my family and I last minute booking and even allowed us to be able to check out a little later. A great place to stay with a pool in close distance.

The view of the bay is gorgeous. The pool is a short and easy walk. Having the golf cart was amazing, made it easy to visit Baytown and the beach.

Great family location! Definitely would return!
