Getting Around:
Get on the beach without living in a high rise! Seabluffe is a gated, low-density beach community in Encinitas. The 50-acre property has been designed for a maximum of five units per acre. Community buildings are designed to include two, three, or four adjacent units with no residences built above or below one another. Best of all, there is easy beach access for those morning walks or to enjoy the ocean any time of day.
Seabluffe boasts two sets of beach access stairs, one public and one private, and also features a manned security gate. Amenities include a playground, pool, five tennis courts, and RV parking. Residents are a short drive from the 5 freeway as well as the shops and restaurants of downtown Encinitas.
