The unit is as pictured. Very comfortable living space but a little updates could help. Overall a very nice unit and absolutely wonderful king bed.

Nice but noisy

Place was clean however you can hear stomping and doors closing above you all night. First night arguing yelling stomping and slamming doors. Next three nights heavy walking and doors closing every morning at five o’clock. Checked out day early because of this and management would not refund last day

We certainly wish you had reached out to us sooner to report that another unit was being disruptive during your stay. We would have appreciated the opportunity to address the issue so you could enjoy your entire stay and not feel the need to leave early. We can't rectify any issues or complaints if we're not made aware of them. Your dates are locked in upon booking, but had we attempted to resolve the noise, only for it to persist and lead to you still leaving early, we would have been happy to work something out. We cannot issue a refund for leaving early for an issue that is not reported or allowed us to make it right. We apologize for that disappointment!

Not too much privacy

I would consider it more of a bungalow, as it is very small.Smelled a bit musty, so picked up some Lysol and that seemed to help. I think it may have been the sofa? We draped a blanket over it and with the Lysol was fine. We did not care to sit on the small balcony, as it abuts up to a business, so opening any of the blinds would have caused a definite privacy issue, as they and their guest could view right into the place. We did enjoy being close to the water and the restaurant right through the parking lot. I would say that it's a fine place to stay if you're just wanting a place to rest your head and will be mostly out and about.
